Twin Peaks Roofing came recommended on a local moms FB group so they were the first people we reached out to when we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Max, the owner sent one of his guys over to check it out on a Sunday and see if they could do a brief patch job to hold us over, as rain was expected. We then met with Max, the owner of Twin Peaks, to review our options for replacing our 25 year old roof. Max is well spoken, knowledgeable, prompt and honest. He came by personally to thoroughly tarp our roof to ensure no further leaks while we waited a few weeks for our new roof install. His team did a great job with the removal and install, all was wrapped up by early afternoon, and zero mess left behind. About 8 weeks later we even had some water coming in from our chimney down to the gas fireplace so we called Max just to ensure there was no issues with the new roof. He promptly came by to check it out. And although it wasnt the roof at all, but rather some gapping in the brick work, he did a quick repair on the brick work for us. Great company, and Max really stands behind his company name and workmanship. You wont be disappointed choosing them for your next roofing job.

Max and Twin Peaks did my roof in 2016, which included a skylight replacement. Fast forward 8 years, there was a small leak in the skylight. I emailed Max at 11pm, he was at my house the next day to check it out. They removed shingles and checked their job. Turns out, it wasn't leaking, but it was condensation from the inside building up and dripping. And they didn't charge us anything. I was impressed with the speed of returning my call, and their great and fast service. Highly recommend.

Chace from Twin Peaks came the next day I was asking for a roofer. He did a fine job explaining what the problem was. I would definitely use or tell other people about this company.

Very reliable, professional & kept in touch. Max & Jim explained everything beforehand, took pics of a hole in my roof & replaced it as well as a bathroom vent. Excellent & thorough clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend Twin Peaks as my roof looks fantastic & very classy.

I would highly recommend Max from Twin Peak Roofing. They finished the roof in one day with everything cleaned up and removed. Just another half day for the eaves. He contacted me during the job to make recommendations on the roof and eaves to make sure the job was done right the first time. He sent picture of the spots that were issues so that I new exactly what he was concerned with. At the end of the day he sent drone shots of the roof from all angles, to make sure I was happy. All in all the job went smooth and it looks fantastic. Thanks Max for a great job!

These guys are the real deal.

I had a leaking flat roof over our tv/living space. So needless to say I needed to make sure this job was done right. After a bunch of contractors came by and gave us a run around from exorbitantly high quotes to just laying a new roof over top of the existing roof. I finally found Twin Peaks. Right off the bat when Max came by to give me a quote, he described what his crew was going to do. He instantly gave me confidence. Confidence in the fact that he knew what he was doing and also that the job was going to be done correctly so I don't have to worry about anything later on. Once the project was underway, the roof was surprisingly much worse that I had even thought with pools of water trapped under lots of damaged wood. However I wasn't worried with these guys on the job. The boys striped off multiple layers of damaged existing roof, reinsulated the ceiling, re-sloped the roof with new rafters (carpenter on their crew), applied the new plywood and new roof and finally finished with EXCELLENT metal flashing work (thanks Chase). From the day I called them for a quote to the day they wrapped up it took about 6 days.

These guys had a very fair price, they were punctual, their quality of craftsmanship was top notch, they cleaned up the job site nicely, and Max was able to let me know what was going on throughout the project. So I was very happy with all the communication.

Bottom line is you gotta call these guys if you need work done on a roof. Especially a flat roof. I think all the 10/10 reviews speak for them selves. These guys will go the extra mile when completing the job.

Max the owner, takes great pride in his company and workmanship, and it is very apparent. My husband and I were impressed that he made time to show up himself, on a Saturday, to accommodate our requested estimate timing. He was articulate, extremely knowledgeable and able to explain his roofing process in an easy to understand, yet detailed manner. He suggested more venting (including a solar vent) and didn't charge extra. I appreciated that he considered the appearance of our house from the street, when he was suggesting which roof surfaces to add these vents to. He gave us a professional company folder containing shingle options, company information including proof of liability insurance and a clearly laid out estimate. His HomeStars reviews and numerous awards were amazing, his price was fair, and he was professional and knowledgeable in person. Therefore, we chose him out of five quotes. He was able to complete our roof within a week of signing the contract, which was amazing! He even helped us chose the perfectly coloured shingles to match our brick and siding. He was always available to contact and was on time or early consistently, for all appointments.
He has a core group of roofers that he has employed for many years, which was important to us versus transient employees. Our whole roof was replaced in one day, and they covered our two decks with tarps, to protect them. He has his own large garbage trailer that he brings the day of the job, which means there is no need to have a big dumpster parked in your driveway ahead of time, potentially displacing your car(s) for days. He found partially rotted chipboard under the old shingles and had the integrity and honesty to send pictures from the roof first (for our approval) before completing further work. Then he offered to cut plywood sheets in half, to only replace the rotten bottom portion, thereby saving us hundreds. As well, he generously included some custom bent aluminum edging to help seal the new plywood, saving us hundreds more dollars!
Afterward, they picked up any roofing debris and went over our lawns meticulously, with a specialized magnet tool to find any stray nails. Max then followed up another day, to take these great drone pictures of their excellent job, which you normally wouldn't be able to see close up. I highly recommend Twin Peaks Roofing, they go above and beyond expectations!
