I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with the way this company conducts business, I decided to write a review. I was 100 percent satsified with both the installation and the quality of the door. I normally do all my own work in the house (DYI), but this project looked to me like a 2 man job. I opted out of the DYI OPTION, and contacted homestars. 4 contractors called me back, but only Nick's company emailed back as I requested. I was very impressed with how I was contact because I selected the email contact option, and Nick was the only one out of 4 contractors that bothered to read this and have enough respect to email. He emailed me, and eventually asked for my permission to call. Now for me, that made the deal! The other contractors only called, and would not answer my questions via email as I requested. One contractor tried to undercut by $100 dollars. Nick was prompt, emailed me back right away and being clear, concise with his answers and also very respectful with my time as well as pleasant to deal with. He and his partner Colin came to do job, and I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism, mannerism and skills. Colin worked hard working, was very clean and focused. You can see he is a skilled and precise worker. You can see he takes pride in is work. Colin is NOT A ROOKY! I watched him do the work and I could see he is experienced and loves his work. They were both very respectful, wore the mask, and kept everything clean and focused on the job.He It did not take them long to do the job. Colin is a big strong guy, and removed the old door with ease and agility. I was so happy with the work, I am planning on them doing more work for me. I highly recommend these guys. They are not afraid of work and do everything in their power to make the customer happy. I was so pleased with the job that I offer to allow them to show other this job to other customers. A Plus did a great job replacing the window cranks on all of our home windows. They also re-caulked and cleaned each window, and replaced a a screen door.
They were on-time, worked efficiently and cleaned up well. Very friendly and responsive staff.

I will be a returning customer. I needed a large bedroom window replaced in a townhouse rental property due to cracked glass and some water leakage. Through homestars, Nick contacted me and came by for a quick inspection..he took the time to explain what the problem/fix was and gave me a great quote on spot and what to expect next. Nick was professional and communicated well throughout the process. Him and his crew showed up on time and completed the job as expected. great experience overall.

We recently had over 30 windows replaced in our house. Nick and his team were amazing to deal with. They were knowledgable about design, layout options, sizes and quality. We got a few other quotes but their prices were the best for their quality of work! Installation of the windows was quick and clean without any damage or issues. We are very happy with our new windows!

Had my 2 basement windows and back door replaced by A Plus windows and doors. Nick came by to provide the quote very quickly and Colin came to do the install shortly after. Final product looks amazing, inside and out. would definitely recommend these guys.

Very happy with the professional conduct of all employees I dealt with. Under promised and over delivered. They came out and installed several windows and new doors. They even cleaned up the bay window that I didn’t have replaced. Very satisfied with everything.

Very happy with the service and follow up. This was a small job that other companies didn't want to take (most didn't even respond) or quoted me very high prices for a single window replacement. I called A plus, and Nick was more than happy to take on the project. He came out promptly to measure the window and get the order going. 2 weeks later the window was installed--quickly and professionally.

My condo unit had quite a bit of condensation/moisture damage around the bedroom window and sliding door due to not being properly sealed and poor air ventilation. Nick and Andrew were friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. Following repair and clean up, the sill is nice and dry (no more pooling water) and it looks so much better! They also helped with a couple other odd jobs (re-sealing the bathtub and sink) and did an amazing job and I'm so grateful to them! Will keep A Plus in mind for future work for sure - highly recommended!
