We had A Plus Windows and Doors replace every window and door in our 60 year-old house (13 windows, 2 doors and a patio door). They were helpful in making recommendations on window styles to suit each room and we're happy with the choices we made. Nick, Colin and their team were professional and efficient. The house looks a lot better and the new windows are way more functional than what we had before. There were a couple of minor [manufacturing] issues with both of the doors but the A Plus team took care of it and made sure we were happy with the end product. If I could give 9.5 stars, I would.
Our only complaint is that we don't have any more windows left to replace! We would highly recommend A Plus Windows and Doors if you need work done at your place.

I raised an intake on homeStars to get a leaking window fix, Jonh and Nick came by and explain what was the issue and when they'll be available to fix it, they came on time as schedule and completed the work, they did a good job, they took care of the garden to make sure it didn't get damage and cleaned everything up after they finish.
I'm completely satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had one of the panes of glass in our window crack. We contacted A Plus to get an estimate. Colin was very professional and ensured us that this was a simple job and they would be happy to do the work. The price was extremely reasonable and within a short time the window was replaced and looks terrific! After a summer thunderstorm, our roof fascia unlatched and was dangling by a screw. Nick got in touch from a recommendation from a friend and was polite, courteous and upfront about cost of labour and options to get new material or try to use existing piece.

Upon arrival for repair, you could instantly feel how down to earth and professional both Nick and Jon were. They got the job done and took the time to secure the other side of our siding, check the state of the roof and give us some advice on an upgrade we could do for our windows, but without any pressure of salesmanship.

Because of the instant feeling of comfort and trust we got to talking about our landscaping plans for our front walkway and back patio. Both Nick and Jon took the time to measure out and discuss options and ideas and were able to give us a detailed quote, Graciously continuing to spend the time despite a downpour of rain.

Feeling like family friends after just meeting a couple of times, we are looking forward to working with Nick and his company again this upcoming fall.

By arrangement with our condominium, Nick and Jon came to our apartment to perform a check of our double-glazed window units. When we mentioned our problem with cleaning our sliding windows, they took the time to show us how to remove the slides from their frames to facilitate cleaning. They demonstrated the technique, then watched while we did it to make sure we understood. Their positive, friendly and helpful attitude made a big impression on us. We highly recommend A-Plus.
