If you absolutely have to hire this company, insist on getting a detailed written work order before work begins. The work order should state exactly what work will be done. Monitor the work while it is being performed and intervene if you are not satisfied with the quality. Ask about the qualifications of the installer to ensure they actually know what they are doing. In my case, I had to stop the work, but not before the installer had made a mess of my brick siding. I will now have to try to clean up the mess myself and finish the windows myself. The installer constantly complained how much he hated his job. Very unprofessional. The company website claims to offer 100% satisfaction. I am not satisfied with this company at all.

They did a great job on my windows. They cleaned inside and out and saved me a whole lot of time and work if I had to do them myself! I'll certainly have them back again!

They came out in last week's crazy rain storm and cleaned the windows and eavestroughs. I didn't expect them to come but they came as scheduled. Needless to say I was impressed.

I contracted Niagara Window Washing for a window cleaning and to help unblock a part of our eaves. They completed work while I was at work and did a good job.
