Heritage Renovations is fantastic! As a salesman, Jay is the best! He explained everything to me with respect, friendliness, and humour; ensuring I had all of the information necessary to make the best decision for the many windows I was having replaced. When the team arrived they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The quality of the windows is superb I can barely hear the noisy street I live on any more. And they made a huge difference last winter! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Right from the start to the finished product we could not be happier with Heritage Renovations. We had Jay out to the house who answered all our questions, who made us feel very comfortable with the entire process, he was very honest on the time line we would receive our new door which we appreciated. The install crew did a great job & were spotless when they left- we love our new door & great costumer service that we received!!! What can I say? The North Star windows works. Outside stays out. Inside stays in and look like a million bucks. What more do you want out of a window? Heritage Renovations recently installed four new North Star windows in my home. The install team were very professional and didn't mind my 80lbs dog watching them work the whole time. I had three other quotes and Heritage Renovations was by far the best price. I was so impressed with their service and instal process, I am having them back to replace four more windows in my home this summer.

The guys at Heritage followed their timeline as stated. Had the windows installed with zero issues. Appreciated the friendly installers as well. Would use again
