Powerpack pitched an aggressive to resurface + pave driveway. Sam came several times to negotiate the price. The driveway was in dire need of an upgrade so I agreed. Workers came the same week to clear the old asphalt. It has been 2 months and they have not returned to put the new asphalt and pave. Whenever I call they Sam says "next week" as they must do 5 driveways in the same area at the same time. We are paying for a service that should not be dependent on other people. Anyway, I will wait another week or two before escalating my issue to my media contacts, the ministry, and city. Stay away from this company at all costs.

This company is the worst paving company ever. They are completely unreachable at the phone number given. They never give you the specific time on when they will come and they do tell the customers anything. Do not pay the deposit for them. It is not required and they will trick you into paying it. Be careful with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Run while you can.

COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!! Terrible reviews everywhere and problems with the Better Business Bureau! RUN NOW! Calls always go to voicemail and never returned. They book jobs and never show up.

They DO NOT have an office. The 7357 Woodbine address is ONLY A MAILBOX. The clerk told me they rarely check their box anyway. I DID go to the other address listed. It is a residence. Letters left in their mailbox confirm that Sam DOES live at 52 Eden Ave. Fancy house, nice truck (they were home and IGNORED the bell).

Will be making a formal complain to the Ministry. Hopefully have their license revoked.

I hired this company to do my 2 car driveway, they were extremely unprofessional and tried to bluff me with the asphalt thickness. Instead of getting 2 inches as written in contract they wanted to give me 1/2 of an inch. When they told that this was not in the contract they acted violently wrecked the driveway and left the site. I would HIGHLY not recommend using this company they are easily the worst contractors I have ever used.

TERRIBLE. Don't let their 2-full-year warranty deceive you; they never come back. I paid $1,250 for 2-car driveway. It was so thinly paved that it got cracks and dents all over in less than 6 months. They never returned calls. The adress on their business card was false.

I am no happy with power pack paving service. I paid $600 for single driveway. My drive is already done very poorly. My drive way thickness is less than 1 INCH. I am no happy. Worst service ever! Not happy with the work that was done. UNPROFESSIONAL work! Rude workers. I want my money back. I totally regret going through these guys! They throw garbage all over the place once the work is done. They don't even bother to do the edges properly. I already have a small crack!

These guys are big fraud. They NEVER answer any phone calls. They don't even have a office! I went to their office at Kennedy and found a abandoned house. I think this is a big scam. I need to get my deposit back. I managed to get hold of them once but they didn't tell the truth about the date. They never showed up. These guys are big fraud. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Beaware of these CROOKS! I rather pay $1000 and get good customer service and get my driveway done.

This company cannot set a date, they do not answer the phone, always a msg. When you speak to somebody they have nothing but excuses, they promised me a driveway back in May and now its July 27th and 3-4 weeks ago they ripped up the old driveway.(after a pile of phone calls) and now they are M.I.A... very frustrating, neighbours with other companies booked after us and are long since completed..
