Rick arrived early and though we were late, he used his time to conduct an inspection of the exterior. He was very through both inside and out and is very knows his trade really well. I was impressed that Rick opened by the furnace and electrical panel and took a look inside with pictures and he report he provides indicates potentail deficiencies and how to fix them. He took the time to explain everything in detail and how the hvac systems worked and what to look for. When we found something we didn't understand rick showed us his website that has a training centre for his clients. He pays VERY close attention to detail and is happyto explain anything we asked of him. I would absolutely recommend Rick for any house inspection. Our house was about 30 years old and Rcik went over it with a fine tooth comb. We appreciated all his help.

Rick is a professional through and through. He was flexible with timing, and accommodated the fact that we had to change the date of the inspection at the last minute. He arrived on time for the house inspection, and was very through in his examination. He used a thermal scanner and moisture detector which is a great benefit. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and all questions were answered with detail and practicality. The actual report itself was very organized, and sent to me electronically in less than 24 hours which was great. All in all, I would whole-heartedly use Rick and his services again, and recommend him to others.
