CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

After some research about where to get moving boxes in Toronto we settled on City Boxes. Best price we could find and the company seemed reliable and friendly. We had great service! Not only was the process easy but our order was early! Everything went smoothly and hassle free. Thanks Andrew.

We purchased boxes from Andrew at City Boxes and the service was nothing short of fantastic. We requested the boxes for 10 days but based on availability and timing of drop offs we were able to get them for 2 weeks at the same cost. Andrew was extremely personable; a great guy and wonderful to deal with.
The boxes are by far the best way to pack up on your belongings - easy to organize, easy to stack and helpful for the moving company.

The CityBoxes moving bins were a huge help during my move! They're easy to stack and move once packed, came with labels, and I was able to get packing paper and a dolly delivered at the same time. Delivery and pickup were painless. Andrew was very communicative with updates about estimated delivery times, and overall extremely helpful and friendly. My only regret is that I didn't order more bins! I ran out and had to deal with finding and taping up crappy cardboard boxes. :)

I rented 20 plastic moving boxes, wardrobes, wrapping paper and bubble wrap from Andrew at City Boxes based on the reviews on HomeStars. They were delivered promptly, among with ties and labels. When Andrew saw how much I was moving, he said, "Let me leave you another 20. I think you're going to need them. If you don't use them, I won't charge you. Well, not only did we need all 40 boxes, but we called back two days before the move to get another 10. Andrew dropped them off first thing the next morning. The boxes and wardrobes themselves were pristine and Andrew couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating.

What a perfect customer service experience!! Andrew provided excellent service during a stressful house move! Everything took place on schedule, the boxes were spotless and clean, and Andrew made sure to keep the lines of communication open at all times if there were any changes or delays. I couldn't ask for better. I have nothing but positive things to say about CityBoxes.ca!!!

Andrew was great to deal with. I actually received the boxes early and he thought of all the little extras that I might have forgotten. It made my move much easier! Would definitely recommend this service.

I recommend this company most highly. Excellent, reliable, friendly service from Andrew, reasonably priced, and the boxes were great! Easy to pack, easy for the movers to lug around. A vastly better option than scrounging random sketchy cardboard boxes. I especially like that you can stack them to save space. Wardrobe box was super convenient too. Made for a very smooth move. Go with these guys, you won't regret it.
