CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Our experience with CityBoxes was flawless. Andrew is incredible at his job -- a true professional in all aspects. We were unsure of how many boxes we would need and what our timeline would be, but Andrew was able to estimate and recommend perfectly. Would recommend CityBoxes to anyone looking to make their move less stressful!

After scheduling the pick-up and drop-off for the boxes, Andrew said he needed to push the drop-off date back a day due to a problem with one of his trucks. When he re-confirmed, he sent me conflicting information (the email and attached PDF did not have matching pick-up and drop-off locations). On the rescheduled drop-off date, he went to the pick-up location instead, and said that it was my fault for mixing up the two locations-- even though his confirmation email contained conflicting information. He then terminated our agreement, leaving me in the lurch to find alternative packing arrangements. Worse of all, he only gave me a partial refund because the mix-up was "my fault".

Regardless of whose fault the confusion was, there is no justification for keeping my money after he decided to terminate our contract. This is theft.

Amazing customer service and very efficient delivery. The boxes were impeccably clean and great storage. I love this service because it is environmentally friendly, affordable, and motivates you to pack/move/unpack in a time efficient way. We would most definitely use CityBox again and recommend them to our friends/family!

This is the second time we have used City Boxes and like the first experience, they were yet again, awesome. Super efficient with great customer service.

Hopefully we won't have to move for a third time any time soon, but if we do, we are calling City Boxes!

Used CityBoxes for the second time and it was perfect again. I will never move without cityboxes. It makes it so much easier, efficient and organized. Andrew was very flexible to adjust the timing on both drop off and pick up.
It would be irresponsible for anyone to move without cityboxes.

A friend recommended CityBoxes and I'm so glad I did it! It made moving so much easier, especially loading/stacking/carrying boxes into my truck without killing my back. I ended up needing the boxes a week longer and was able to extend with no problems. And very impressed with the door-to-door service.

Andrew is efficient, friendly and generous with his time, his good advice and his service. I have already recommended CityBoxes to friends and family. A gem of a find. He is very good at using txts to keep you up to date for delivery and pickup.

This was an excellent way to move and the customer service was fantastic. Using these totes one is able to pack and move much more than with a cardboard box, plus they are easier to move around than cardboard. It's well worth the money and I highly recommend for anyone considering a move.
