I should have written this review a year ago when I first used Danny to install some flooring on my second floor but I got busy and forgot. What I didn't forgot was Danny's number and this year when I needed some additional flooring work and some help with my kitchen, he was my first call. Danny is the real deal. He is honest and hardworking. Both last year and this year he completed the work on time and on budget. Trustworthy contractors can be very hard to find especially in the summertime. Getting them to just show up can be a hassle let alone show up on time and finish the project when promised, but Danny and his team do. They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for a fair and reliable contractor for their home renovation project.

I have had Danny come in and do many small tasks for me around the condo - from something as simple as patching up drywall to extending a wall beam.
His work has been flawless and done in a very timely fashion. Even with these smaller tasks, he puts a lot of care and effort into his work.

Danny finished work for us in our kitchen, bath after problems with a previous contractor. He installed our kitchen backsplash, quartz shelves and tile in our bathroom & installed new drywall & crown molding in hall. He did a great job & always checked in with us to make sure what he was doing met our expectations. Danny is very detail oriented & made sure everything was finished perfectly. He was punctual & completed the job quickly. He always left the house clean. He was very patient & willing to re-do/make changes when we made last minute requests. Highly recommend.

We hired Danny to renovate our upstairs bedrooms. He did an amazing job and completed all of the work on time and on budget. I would recommend him to anyone. In addition, he's a very nice guy.

I was looking for a contractor to put our brand new big mirror up the cement wall. Danny was not only able to come see us the same day but provided us with a fair quote. He did the job fast and clean and was a pleasure to deal with. We are already thinking of a few more projects to get his help on.

I am a BIG planner and I have been planning/wanting/needing to renovate my kitchen and bathroom for a very long time. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but had no clue of the little details involved in a full kitchen and bathroom renovation.

After getting quotes from 2 contractors (not Danny), I agreed to move ahead with 1 contractor who didn't even show up! I felt so stuck and really didn't want to go through having to find another contractor who would just disappoint me again. But, I was lucky enough to hear that a friend of mine was just finishing her reno's. We started chatting and she gave me Danny's number.

Danny showed up to the condo the day I called him. I had a quote for the work a few hours later (along with a timeline) and he also helped me get everything in order to have the renovations approved by the condo board! That’s how working with Danny is. Danny makes everything easy! He’s professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. You can tell by the quality of his work, the attention to detail, and the extra mile he went for me that he really loves what he does.

Our condo is about 20 years old and the bathroom and kitchen were in desperate need of an update. With no experience in renovating, we didn't know where to start. A friend recommended Danny, and I had seen some of his work before and was really impressed. We got several quotes but knew we wanted to hire Danny as soon as we met him; he was professional, honest and offered a lot of great advice and suggestions to help us stay within our budget. We had no idea where to start, what we wanted or where to go; his understanding and patience was so appreciated! He really went the extra mile to make our lives easier and help us make the big decisions without pressuring us in any way. We could not have asked for a better reno experience and we are SO HAPPY with the results. I have already recommended him to several people who saw our new kitchen and bathroom and loved it too. We had our kitchen renovated 3 years ago (some work we did ourselves) but some aspects were not complete. The ceiling needed to still be resurfaced and painted, and pot lights needed to be installed.

After calling some contracting companies to help complete our kitchen, we were left feeling frustrated due to their premature high price estimates or lack of responsiveness. When we contacted Danny and told him about our project, he expressed that he would like to help us out and came over to check out the condition of our kitchen ceiling. He answered many questions we had and offered some suggestions (never forced). We were immediately drawn to how sincere and knowledgeable he was; it was evident that he was passionate about his work. We knew very quickly that we wanted him to do that job.

Danny was always punctual arriving to get started on his work. He was professional throughout and always cleaned up before he left for the day (and left the kitchen in working order since we have two young children). When extra materials were required, instead of just buying and telling us afterwards he proactively called and discussed the need for the new materials and first asked for our go-ahead to proceed. He has keenly involved us throughout the process of the project (like a partnership) so there were never any surprises.

After Danny completed the project, he called us a day later to ask us if we were happy with the work. It was evident that Danny truly cared about us to ensure that we were satisfied with his work. We wish we could give Danny more than a rating of 10. We could not be happier with his work and professionalism. He has our highest recommendation. We hope to work with Danny again one day (a future bathroom renovation perhaps)!
