Basement de-cluttering

Thanks so much to ClutterBgone/Varsha who sent to me two great ladies; Tamara & Karrisa. They were so hard working and helpful. It was great working with them as we went through 10 years worth of boxes that had taken over my basement, crowding my husband into a small area. Now it is opened up and my husband can make it his space, finally. I was literally feeling weighted down by 'stuff', and once donate boxes are picked up, I will finally feel all that weight lifted. Thanks ClutterBgone :)

Complete declutter.

The service and the team were outstanding. Patient, kind and completely professional. Best decision I ever made! My two bedroom apartment is know so organized and bright! It's a pleasure spending time here now.

Decluttered Home

My house was growing smaller! I had decluttered my house 3 yr before with a person I hired while she was waiting for her family to come to Canada. She was very efficient but 5 yr later my parents had passed and I had incorporated part of their home and of course all estate files. The office you could not walk into. There was at least 3 inches of paper on the floor, The guest room was full of clothes from a renovation that was done. Clutter B Gone came and did an assessment of the 3 bedrooms and the basement crawl space. The assessment was for 3 days to complete the 3 bedrooms and the crawlspace. In those 3 days the girls worked in teems of 2s and systematically gathered things so I could go through them and designate as Keep, Recycle, Garbage. Clothes got cleared and rebooted and clothes closet was great. They work on the Marie Kondo theory of decluttering. It works. On the third day it was obvious that 3 days was not enough time. I bought another 3 days to try and finish the job. Again we tackled the office area and got it cleared out. But I was not happy with the filing system. I was not prepared to have my files totally reorganized and the estate files incorporated with my own files. There was nothing wrong with my filing system! That and the crawl space were the only issues I had problems accepting. I did not like the reorganization of the crawl space. It was already organized in a good way and I knew where everything was. It is 3 yr later and I still can't find certain large entertaining trays. This was an area that I should have had more consultation and involved with the planning.

Despite my concerns about the crawl space and filing system, the girls work at a very professional level. They are friendly, very hard working in a well organized team, and are very efficient. I hope the girls are able to weather this pandemic.

If you are needing to declutter a house or at least 3 very cluttered rooms that need to be cleared for whatever reason, hire Clutter B Gone you will be very happy you did.

I do note however we were not able to do much work other than tweak your crawl space to make room for the new items to be stored down there. In the time you mentioned (6 days) we were able to completely declutter and set-up your guest room, master bedroom, your office/TV room and basement room with the opportunity of tweaking and making room in the crawl space to add items. I apologize if there was any miscommunication between us during your project. At the end of your project with our team it was my understanding you shared you were enjoying your rooms again esp. the office/TV room advising it was very nice to be able to sit and work with no papers around. Cleaning out condo to sell

What a relief to have Varsha and her team help me clear out my elderly father's condo. I loved that they shared my values in wanting to have as many usable items donated as possible, and as much recycled as possible, and as little go to landfill as possible. And they had the skill and contacts to make it happen efficiently. We wanted the work done quickly and they were able to accommodate our timeline. Thank you Varsha, Anne & Maureen!

Full House:2 Bedroom,hall closets,pantry,kitchen,basement

My marriage was on the rocks.. I was lost, not knowing where to start or when to let go. You get what you pay for. We tried another company that was on the cheap. They left homework that never got done. A year later..with the same kaos and unbearable tension, I invested in Clutter Be Gone. A professional service where Debbie and Rosie helped transform our clutter into our home. At the end of each day we saw results. We no longer live in kaos. A system is now in place that caters to our needs creating order and routine. My marriage has been saved. We have gained a sense of pride in our home. We are entertaining, living and enjoying our home. It has been so rewarding to have such a great team work with you to give you back your life in your home. Hands down.. Thank you. Thank you for bringing life back to our home. I absolutely recommend Clutter Be Gone. These ladies are efficient, professional and just magical!!! Bottom line is.... Don't ever let outsiders judge the worth of this service. It is priceless to finding happiness.

Main floor, basement and shed

Varsha has insight of how thing should be is very right on the problems. Tamara and Karissa her assistant were a great team to have. They are very understand and fun to work with. They work very hard and very fast to help my family to achieve the goals that really help our family. They are very flexible, kind, generous people. They have exceed the goals. I was touched by them for how much passion they have wanting to help our family and they did it with their actions. They have taught me how to reorganize effectively, categorize and set zones in different area to help our home to run more effectively and less stress. I would say I am an organized person and have categorized my belonging before I met them. However, they are experts of it. So Clutter b gone is not only for house full of clutter that no room to walk or dirty but also for family like ours that have many small problems flowing around that needs new insight and help to dig out the bigger problems and reorganize so everything is categorized and has a home. Everything was beautifully put together that a busy mom of three has always wanted but no time or extra brain power to create them. My home is so much more functional and effective running now. They were here for four days and my 2/3 house was transformed. They know how to prioritize what works for our family. They put in a better working system so is easy to follow and continue to downsize the rest on my own pace without too much work or stress. They also clean up everyday for the area they worked on. Thank you team for giving your best and love to our family. Thank you for all your wonderful wise advices to help and encourages me. Definitely miss having them here already. Blessings to these wonderful people that I have just met.

Home downsizing, moving, staging/decluttering for home sale, preparation for estate sale

The whole team at Clutter be gone was helpful and attentive throughout our process of finalizing elderly parents home and effects during downsizing to a condo. With most of the interaction being done remotely from other cities Clutter be gone used all forms of communications to allow the family to be part of the process without being there in person. If not for the help of Clutter be gone we would have had to travel to Toronto for extended periods which would have made the process very difficult for everyone involved. The staff we worked with were friendly, helpful and very patient when dealing with elderly parents with special needs due to health issues.

Couldn’t ask for more and we’d recommend their service to anyone

A Huge Task

Varsha was amazing! Kind and accommodating, she managed to provide a large team for three days as I was decluttering the house for sale. The professional team followed a methodology that I’m certain would have worked if they were doing the complete job. As I was only interested in partial services, there were a few minor missteps.
Would definitely recommend ClutterBGone.

Condo Office

I am writing this review from my newly well organised office – where everything is in it’s place & easily accessible. I would highly recommend ClutterBGone to anyone that is in need of de-cluttering a space.
After watching Varsha of ClutterBGone on a show on “Zoomer” TV, I decided it was time to use a professional service to de-clutter my office after my move to a condo. At my initial meeting with Varsha, I found her to be warm, understanding but most important her philosophy for the utilization of space & detail prompted me to use her company’s services.
Karen, with Nicolle & Heloise were a pleasure to deal with – they listened to my needs & were very professional, patient, easy to deal with & helpful during the entire process of sorting my “stuff” & organising it for optimal use.. Many thanks to Varsha & the team for my new found space.

Basement and master bedroom totally taken apart and decluttered.

After 15 years living in this house, and some of my business occupying the basement, it was time to declutter and get rid of stuff. My master bedroom cupboards were also in need of a serious purge and reset. The Clutter B Gone team did a fabulous and professional job of giving me my space back. My cupboards now make me want to shop in them.
