Philip and his team helped our family out at a most difficult time as we closed our Mom's estate and sold the family home. As is often the case under these emotional circumstances, the details of the move got ahead of us and we found ourselves in a bit of a scramble to find a mover who would be willing and able to do a milk run move, with stops in Burlington, Toronto, Scarborough, and Newmarket. With two unreturned phone calls to some major companies, I turned to Homestars and found It's the Right Move. From our first conversation, I found philip to be extremely understanding and he worked hard to find us an opening in his schedule. From that point on, the experience only got better. Philip and his colleague arrived right on time, deftly packed up and wrapped the remaining fragile items, smartly organized the truck to accommodate the multiple drop offs, battled Toronto traffic, and managed to make the last stop in Newmarket ahead of schedule. Throughout, the guys kept their cool and sense of humour while handling each piece of furniture with great care. Icing on the cake? The whole move came in UNDER estimate -- and not just by a little bit. Frankly, we as a family were blown away. Bottom line ... I would give It's the Right Move 11 stars if I could. Book them, book them, book them!
