Philip did an accurate estimate and came in on target both in time and cost. He and three other guys moved hundreds of boxes and pieces of furniture without a single item getting damaged in the process. Overall we highly recommend this company and have had two friends contract them with the same excellent service.

Philip was a professional from start to finish. The only company that accommodated us in what was a tricky move to a temporary home that required storage of our contents for a few days. His team was very respectful, courteous, hard working and got the job done in less time than quoted - BONUS: Money back in our jeans!!!! Being in the service industry I can appreciate good service. When the owner rolls up his sleeves and works just as hard if not more than his crew, that shows the passion, dedication and commitment to the success of a business.
We've moved more times than I want to think about and used different moving companies however by far It's the right move was the right choice for us! When our new home is ready we will certainly connect with Philip to get another quote.

I can't say enough about how happy I was with the service provided by Phillip and his crew for my recent move from Milton to Kingsville. Phillip was extremely pleasant and professional from start to finish. He made us comfortable despite the challenges of moving our entire house across Ontario. He and John and Max started on time, and even finished early. They made it look easy, and even seemed to enjoy themselves. They turned a potentially stressful day into a wonderful memory for us. The move went exactly as planned from the beginning to the end of the move. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The 3 movers wrapped the furniture very carefully and loaded it on the truck with care so there was no damage. At the new house they did their utmost to ensure everything was placed where I wanted it. They were extremely pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The quote was bang on. Over the years I have moved several times and this was one of my most stress-free moving days.

After nearly 25 years in our 4 bdm home, we decided to downsize. Philip and his team were amazing. They were professional, efficient, prompt, and UNDER BUDGET! They helped make this very stressful time a lot easier.

After reading positive reviews on HomeStars I reached out to Philip at The Right Move and never looked back! From first point of contact he was professional, communicative and extremely supportive. The move itself was not huge but had challenges including lots of items to be disposed of, moving from one condo to another and dealing with a problem elevator, etc. Throughout Phil and his team were friendly, efficient and helpful. They even made an extra stop to drop off-pick up from another location at no extra charge. Phils estimate was also almost spot on and, in fact, the final bill was slightly below the original estimate. With all the moving horror stories out there (and having experience a couple myself) the experience with The Right Move couldn't have been better. I'll never use another mover again. Thanks Phil!!

This is the second time we have used It's The Right Move. The 2 moves were very different - the first time we moved a 3 bedroom home from Mississauga to Bracebridge and the second time we moved various pieces furniture from a retirement home to several different locations. Both times we found the moving teams to be extremely efficient, respectful of our property, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We were extremely pleased with their services on both occasions. They were originally recommended to us by some friends and we have already recommended them to others.

This company was engaged on my behalf by a downsizing specialist. I have utilized movers several times over a long period, but have never been happier than I was with "Its the right move". They were extremely efficient and went beyond what was expected. They left the house that I vacated in an extreme clean and tidy state, and re-assembled furniture in the new location, connected electronics and made sure that everything went according to my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone contemplating a move.
