Dean and Ali were very friendly, courteous, polite, hard working, fast, and always had a smile on their faces as they moved my in-laws from their house in Pickering to their new house in Midland. they showed up promptly at 9am and immediately after introducing themselves to us went straight to work. they moved swiftly and carefully to empty the contents of the house, they wrapped all the furniture up to ensure that no damage would be caused on their behalf. I am using them again this week as my wife and myself are moving now to our house in Pickering from our condo in Scarborough. I requested both Dean and Ali to be 2 of the 3 movers. Mary was a pleasure to talk to on the phone whenever I had any questions or concerns.

Dean and his team were fantastic. We moved from Toronto to London, On, and had to put our content in storage. Everything went very amazingly because of their hard work and dedication. Mary in the office, was courteous and quick to respond to my questions every time.

Every step of the way, Dean and his team were great. From the initial quote and walk thru, to moving day. On time, on budget, everything was wrapped, no dents in walls or scratches on furniture. Right from the start this company was fantastic. Mary was so helpful and her customer service was outstanding. She always got back to me very quickly with answers to any questions I had. She was also very accommodating when I had to make a change closer to the date of our move. On the day of, Dean and his crew were phenomenal! His communication throughout the day was fantastic. Even though it was a VERY long and hot day Dean carried a smile to the end. They were so careful with our belongings and not a scratch on either home. Fuent moving company is the most unprofessional group that I have moved with. it seems they have hired summer students to move your life valuables. the only thing about moving they know is how to charge you with a very high price.

Fluent team were completely professional and caring. Two wonderful young men who took care with loading and unloading. Doesn't hurt that they were good looking as well. excellent job, thank you all so much. Extremely courteous and had no issues moving things into place where I wanted.
