Fluent Moving & Storage

My experience with Fluent Moving and Storage was truly outstanding from beginning to end. Moving a big home is a grueling process. However, this was the best move ever! Dean and his crew were professional, polite and extremely efficient. A very organized move and well executed. My move and furniture being stored for one month, was issue free and a direct reflection of the level of expertise and professionalism I received. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this gem of a company to all of my friends and family.

They showed up at previously agreed time, did I walk through so I could show them everything I wanted to move, then I left. When I returned back home everything was gone that was suppose to go. I checked all the walls for any damage as done stuff was really big, but no damage anywhere not even a mark.

They kept everything overnight and delivered the next afternoon. When they arrived and rolled up the truck door, I could see everything was very well wrapped and protected, some items they had to remove the wrapping so I could see what it was, that is how well my stuff was wrapped. My main concerns were 2 65" and 1 47" Tv's but the made the journey just fine!

The 3 gentlemen were very polite, reassuring and certainly knew their job! Once everything was in the proper room, they placed items where I wanted them, put the Tv's where I asked them to place then, even put my bed frame back together and placed mattresses back on frame.

I had 2 items that I changed my mind and didn't want anymore, so they took them away on the truck.

As far as marks on the flooring, they prevented this by using their own long stop carpeting, even down the staircases!

100% PROFESSIONAL!! THEY are the ultimate movers AND at a reasonable rate!

The Fluent movers did a great job in moving us. They were on time, fast and courteous. We have moved many times and this was the easiest and most pleasant movers ever. We highly recommend Fluent moving and will use them again

To avoid! The worst moving experience out of 4 times!
We used several moving companies in the past.
We thought like you that the ranking on HomeStars was good and price was reasonable, let's give it a shot, big mistake!
The staff seemed nice at first.
- The staff broke some of our furniture (and acknowledge it, they broke it in front of us)
- Some furniture and items were "missing/lost"!

They recognized the facts, we had to insist a lot (the staff was rude over the phone) to get $60 to compensate the value of a $700-$800 furniture damaged or "missing"/"lost". Still can't believe it! It took us 1 month and then we just wanted to put this behind us (as we did not really care about $60).

The worst moving experience! Do not use them!

Regarding the response of the company below : We "were" a customer (incredible that are trying to make our review less credible) and we discussed with your services for 1 month, why should I loose more time to contact you again. After such a bad experience, I am sure that you would understand that we do not want to recommend your services.

The crew who moved me were just excellent! They were polite and efficient. I will definately recommend them.

Fluent Moving were the perfect movers. Not only were they efficient, conscientious, and extremely respectful, they were friendly and cheerful to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and family!
