Andrey's Hardwood Flooring & Stairs

I'm a contractor and I know that hardwood flooring & stairs enhances the décor of any house, and provides timeless beauty that will increase in value throughout the years. I hired Andrey's team 3 times to make floors and stairs in my new houses. They did an excellent job, were always willing to work overtime if it was necessary. They installed prefinished hardwood, sand, stain and varnish floors/stairs, installed iron pickets and railings. I will use Andreys services, without thinking, again in September. I recommend Andrey's team as professionals for large projects.

Andrey and his team just have upgraded my old carpented and creaking stairs. Iam very satisfied with the result, can't expect this to be done any better. We wanted to remove a wall separating the kitchen and family room, then remove the hardwood floor in the kitchen and replace it with tiles. I hired Andrey based on the good reviews on this site. Andrey’s job was to repair the hardwood floor in the transition between the hardwood and the tiles. Andrey did an excellent job on this project. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism. Andrey is also a nice guy and not many can beat his prices! It is really rare to have quality work at a decent price. I was doing renovation at my place. So the final work was hardwood installation and stairs. I was getting quotes in Ottawa and they were ridiculous. Through grape vine I have heard that there is a person installing hardwood and stairs and he is charging decent rate. Since I live in Ottawa and he is located in Toronto I was sure that he would not come to Ottawa to do the job. I had to give it a try and he said it’s not a problem and he will come over.
He is professional and passionate what he is doing. He saved me a lot of money on materials since I had custom home. He can think outside the box and trying to salvage what is available and he can incorporate that into design.
I am very pleased with his work and quality of his craftsmanship and professionalism. I usually do not write reviews but in this case I had to because I would recommend him to anyone who would like to contract him.

I hired Andrey 3 times over the last year, to redo my staircase, install hardwood and refinish hardwood throughout my entire home, including my basement. He and his team are fast, great value and do just incredible work. I have been recommending him since he worked on my home to anyone I meet looking for flooring work.

The key word I phrase I use to describe Andrey, is 'Trust worthy', which is worth twice what he charges me alone. My only regret is I do not have more flooring jobs for him to do, he has been that good.

I hired Andrey to update and renovate my house: remove carpet & tile on both floors, install new hardwood and also rebuild my carpeted stairs. I was amazed! I founded Andrey's company through the Internet. My wife and I are very unscrupulous people, so I invited several contractors estimate my project, and finally I chose Andrey. His recommendations and reviews were credible, he explained very clearly all work detailes for us. We were not disappointed in our choice. Andrey re-made stair case, removed the old parquet and installed new hardwood floors on the first and second floor. Now our house looks like new. New staircase with iron pickets and hardwood floors installation. At the first dates of July I hired Andrey to rebuild my old carpet staircase and install iron pickets and also install new hardwood floors. Job was complete on time and new stairs and floor look absolutely amazing. Also Andrey advised me a supplier who gave me really good prices on iron pickets.
