We are extremely happy with the work on our new bathroom. Ylber is a pleasure to work with. He is very efficient, prompt, and professional. Ylber returned all my texts with a phone call promptly.

He ensured that all scheduled work was completed on time. He had a couple of suggestions for bathroom fixtures which I followed. Work was completed quickly because we went from a bare room to a full bathroom in less than two weeks. I highly recommend Hidri Contracting for any renovation work.

We had 3 different quotes for our bathroom reno with different contractor and they were pretty much the same price. We went with Hidri Contracting because after meeting Ylber, we felt we can trust him.
Hidri contracting met our expectations and beyond. The reno was completed in a week and the bathroom looks awesome. Ylber also went out of his way to do some extra for us that wasn't part of the contract.
I had bought the shower controller from Amazon which gave problems to install. Ylber went to the hardware store to purchase the nesseccary parts to get shower controller installed.

This is the second time Hidri Contracting Inc. has done a series of renovation jobs for me. Last month, they replaced an old garden deck to my entire satisfaction. They also repaired and painted a kitchen, a living room and a basement ceiling. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Ylber. His team is efficient and courteous and cause the least disturbance when working. Ylber is very reliable and fair in his dealings with everyone. His workmanship is excellent and his prices reasonable. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my relatives and friends and will contact him again when I need a contractor.

We hired Ylber to completely renovate a bathroom, including construction of a tile walkin shower, relocation of an exterior window and other incidental repairs.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently, to a high quality finish level. There were no surprises on costs, everything was exactly as agreed, and the inevitable minor changes were handled very fairly.

I hired Hidri contracting for many reasons. I had gone through a number of estimates and Ylber was the only one who provided me with an alternate opinion for my basement layout. He also provided me with a detailed quote and was open to negotiating the scope of work. From demolition through to completion Ylber focus was on client service, ensuring the work being done was of the quality he would want for his own home. He made sure to keep me up to date on the progress of and upcoming work and also made sure that the work being done was of the utmost quality.

Working with Hidri Contracting and Ylber was great. Given the house is about 130 years old, we expected some surprises. But once the walls came down, we found many things that required work. Framing that needed to be fixed, walls that needed to be leveled, HVAC that needed to be connected to a duct. To Ylber's credit, he did not pounce on these opportunities to make us squirm. He and his team were accommodating and fair. We worked well together as a team to brainstorm some interesting solutions and in the end, we achieved the best solution and finished product.
We had some very strict timelines in which we had to move back into our house, and Ylber worked hard to ensure we were back on time. He and his team put in many extra hours to get our place back together.
The versatility of Hidri Contracting is impressive. We had elements in the project that touch on many trades including masonry and custom electrical systems. Ylber was able to accommodate and manage all the different elements.

I renovated two basement rooms down to the studs and removed a wall to convert it into one room. Yiber was very attentive and helpful, and kept this job as a priority and got things done on time. His teams were clean and quick and he and always came to inspect the work of any subcontractors and make sure things were done right.

We wanted to transform our partially finished, 1970s-style basement into a bright, livable space that we could potentially use as an in-law suite. We met with several contractors, but we were impressed by Ylber's attention to our whole house. He saw the potential to fix other ongoing issues in our house as part of the basement reno. For example, our second-floor rooms were always cold in the winter, so Ylber recommended several solutions that could be carried out while the basement walls and ceilings were being installed. And we really liked his collaborative approach to the design of the space. He was very patient and made sure we ended up with the space we wanted.
In addition to Ylber's crew of workers (all lovely guys), our reno required the work of a heating/cooling contractor, electrician, and asbestos removal company. The people he worked with were all top-notch, and brought expertise and professionalism to the job. They arrived at our house punctually at the established times, and worked diligently until the work was complete.
Price-wise, his estimate was competitive with the other contractors we spoke with, and we stayed within our budget. There were no surprise costs, and Ylber made sure we were absolutely satisfied before accepting final payment for the work.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with Ylber. He's an honest, friendly, resourceful guy, who clearly enjoys his work and takes pride in it. I have recommended him to numerous friends, neighbors, and colleagues, and would not hesitate to hire him again myself.

We were looking for someone to build a trap door to close off our basement to keep costs down and create a layer of privacy. Ylber and his team were wonderful at providing solutions and came over promptly to do the work. The result is fantastic, customized work and it's helped us create a better use of our space. We have been very happy with the entire process while working with Hidri Contracting. The job started approximately two weeks early, which for us was perfect. Everyone that came to the house to work was professional, courteous and friendly. Most days began around 8 am and ended around 4:30 pm. Many weekends different trades would be in to complete extra work. This allowed the work to remain moving at a good pace, as there were very few days where no work occurred.

Ylber was very accommodating and accepting of any questions or modifications that came up throughout the process. He was always available by phone and was most often at the job site to oversee the progress.

The total project time ended up to be about 7 weeks in length.

I would highly recommend Hidri Contracting for another renovation without hesitation.
