My mom needed a new roof and Jacky responded quickly to our request back in May 2020. His pricing was fair and was extremely professional to deal with. He kept me highly informed, and his brochure provided excellent detail. He answered all questions and stayed in touch until he could start the work. The work was completed efficiently and the team was polite and the clean up was fantastic! I highly recommend Jacky and will use him when it's time to replace our roof!

My 16 year old roof was damaged following a strong wind storm in early November. I researched and invited three companies to quote a price to replace my roof. Jacky arrived within 3 hours of my call and provided assurance (instant relief!) that he would be able to replace the roof before the colder weather arrived (within the week). I was immediately impressed with C Plus' website, video and brochure which were quite informative and these proved to be an early indicator of the company's professionalism and workmanship. Jacky's quote was the most reasonable and his no-nonsense description of the steps he would take was consistent with my understanding of the industry's recommended practice. Once we discussed and agreed on some minor details, his team arrived on site three days later. His team of six took care to protect windows and doors from debris and placed tarps around the house. His team arrived promptly, worked efficiently and their actions clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were doing. As old shingles were being stripped, broken planks were being replaced. New roof vents were added at no extra cost. I was impressed with the team's attention to detail - shingles in the roof valley were cut in perfect alignment and the new flashings and caulking looked great. At the end of the work, the team took time to ensure that the site was clean, that the eaves were clear and that my expectations for the work had been met. Jacky and his team are roofing professionals and I would, without reservation, hire them again based on my positive experience!

C Plus roofing did a roof replacement on my house on September 19, 2020.

I was very impressed when I saw them working and when I saw the materials that they used I knew that the roofing job would be excellent.
I spoke to my neighbor and they let me know that C Plus Roofing’s pricing was excellent based on other quotes they received.
I contacted Jacky and we discussed the job. He is very experienced and took the time to discuss my estimate in detail. I had previously replaced part of my roof with new plywood and wanted to have to have the remaining 2/3 of the roof to also have new plywood added. The old part of the roof used slats and there were spaces between them. So Jacky quoted the job and gave me what the additional cost would be to have the 30 sheets of plywood needed installed.
I gave them the roofing contract and they did an excellent job. They have very experienced employees and were able to do the entire job in one day.

Jacky came out within three hours of my calling him and four others on Civic/Simcoe day. As i write, this Jacky has already completed the job, while none of the others have yet gotten around to returning my call.
Before Jacky began work he inspected the entire roof to ensure that not only was the offending leak dealt with, but also that other potential issues were addressed. Jacky did a great job, at a great price. I unhesitatingly recommend him for any roofing job, large or small.

Jacky and his team were very efficient and professional. They took many pictures of the work they did to show me progress. They left my place nearly spotless as they took the time to clean up all the debris and nails from the lawn. They replaced my entire roof, shed and awning shingles in just over a day. Jacky made sure I was satisfied with the work before his team left. Highly recommend this team!
