C Plus Roofing

We purchased our house in August 2015 and knew the roof had to be replaced as soon as possible. Once we moved in and took care of the interior of the home, we started calling roofing companies for quotes. We got premium price quotes from some household names in the roofing industry and we got a low ball quote from a small roofing company we found in our neighbourhood doing another roofing job. Still not satisfied with any of them, we took to HomeStars to see if we could find someone in between. This is when we found C Plus Roofing. I called them on a Sunday around noon and left a voice message. Within 15 minutes I got a call from Jackie. I explained to him the situation with my roof and that afternoon he came to my house to provide an estimate. His presentation was professional and his price was fair. After talking with my wife about our decision over the next few days, we decided to go with C Plus Roofing.

We booked an installation date 2 weeks out, but Jackie called us in between and was able to come within 5 days after we booked the job. The team showed up first thing in the morning and started the work. They completed the job all in the same-day leaving our house complete with a perfectly installed new roof and debris-free home all around.

We are very happy with our new roof. It looks great and it's comforting to know our home is no longer at risk of roof leaks or other dangers of having a faulty roof.

I think Cplus take customer more seriously than some other competitors who have to schedule many appointment to just meet them.

I found Jacky from Cplus roofing at home stars about a year ago when a few shingles on my house were damage by strong winds. this week I needed his help again as some raccoon damage the roof on my house and I was worried as it has been raining a lot and I'm worried of starting a leak on my attic. Jacky at C Plus Roofing was recommended by a trusted friend after I had already received a half dozen estimates ranging from $6K to $11K to re shingle my 13 year old home. None of the roofers were given any insight as to their competitors' offers and the C Plus estimate came in $850 below my lowest bid for equivalent product. Jacky won the job fair and square. Our highest recommendation goes to Jacky and his expert crew on a superb job. We especially love the textured 3D look of the new shingles. They protected our windows with plywood and fully tarped the perimeter grounds to catch debris. Start to finish in one day and the cleanup was completed by 5pm. I was another of the many victims of the recent windstorm. I came home from a trip to find 1/2 dozen shingles scattered across my property. Unlike several roofers I called whose phone message mailboxes were full, Jacky answered the call himself and took the time to discuss the situation with me immediately.

He agreed to come and make the repair within 2 days and arrived on time which is always appreciated. Jacky explained the repair, expected costs what they were planning to do. They then went straight to work on the roof and were done within an hour with no mess and no hassle.

Latest wind gusts tore over a dozen shingles off my roof from 2 roof planes. C Plus Roofing came same day on agreed time and repaired the roof. Also fixed some cracks around the chimney that I did not know even there while keeping the cost of the repair the same as agreed. Gave me good estimate to replace the roof next spring. I used Jacky after numerous quotes from companies who were either way to expensive for my budget, or who never got back to me when I wanted to use them. Jacky came on time for his free quote. He was most pleasant and organized and his price was less than any of my other quotes. I signed him on for the job there and then, and I just knew he was the right choice. He çame on time on the day of the job. His team worked well together, and by the end of the day, I had a new roof and better skylight than before, and everything was well cleaned up - even the carpets where debris had fallen from the removal of the old skylight. We have experienced heavy rain since the job, and are nice and dry! I highly recommend Jacky and his team and suggest they change the name of the company to A+ roofing!
