Rachel, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and recommended window designs that I liked. The installation happened on time and the installers were friendly. I had a few requests after installation and Mark, EchoTech owner was kind enough to help me with a resolution. Great product and service.

Lakehouse window replacement

We worked through some sales messaging confusion up front but now that windows are in were very happy with the quality.
We would definitely recommend the installation crew headed up by Andriy. They took the time and effort required to ensure the windows were properly installed and sealed, and trimmed up nicely on the interior. Very responsible crew, who asked for feedback along the way, cleaned up as they went along, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with their work. Couldnt ask for a nicer group of guys!

Misha and his assistant did a fantastic job installing the doors Francesco helped my mother choose for her home. On time, friendly, respectful so many positive things I could say, but its better to just say I am sure they would do the same great work for anyone.
We were satisfied every step of the way.
