Ecotech Windows & Doors

It took three months to install our front door. They don't return phone calls. There were three broken installation dates. It has been six months now and my porch enclosure is still not installed.

Sales & Service were excellent. The product is top notch and the installation team was second to none. I will be recommending this company to any of our friends & family looking for new Windows & Doors.

I had several quotes come out on a Saturday morning. When Mark from Ecotech Windows arrived I was speaking with another company. He was very patient, he waited for the other person to finish their presentation and then proceeded to give me his. He was very friendly. The price was better than everyone else. My tenant really liked him and I would like to recommend him to my fellow coworkers and friends.

Mark was very professional from start to end, and Mr. Vadim was thorough with the installation of the new window.
They did a excellent job. I would refer them to all my friends.

This was the worst home renovation experience ever. I had ecotech provide me with an estimate, and tony arrived for the first assessment. We gave him the contract because he seemed trust worthy, and rushed our order. We were told we were getting max door's,and the installer installed doors from candoor? Also, I was told my order would be rushed, and would be installed in 3 weeks, and 8 weeks later only one of the two doors were ready, And was not what we originally ordered. The side lights were missing the iron inserts my wife and I are sure we ordered. Mark (ecotech owner) stated he would give me a deal by charging me new inserts. We were not impressed with the installation. There is an obvious gap between the frame and door, and have contacted ecotech a number of times with no response. Obviously the 10 year warranty is a sham.... These guys will take your money, provide you a. Inferior product poorly installed...
Stay away.

I am changing my rating from a 0 to a three because Vadim, the original installer has contacted many times and has shown dedication to completing the job. While the issue has yet to be resolved, and I have to say the ecotech team have been good in responding to my concerns as a consumer.

Attached is a picture of one of the door replacements with an obvious gap in my laundry room, but Vadim did a great job with my front door also attached. It's been a long journey for two door replacements ordered in the spring.

We choose Ecotech to replace our windows and patio doors. Both the windows and doors look beautiful! Seems very well made! The project was installed on time and completed in a timely manner. We are both very pleased! We would recommend Ecotech WIndows and Doors to anyone! Thank you!

New windows have been installed on two of our houses. We are very happy with windows quality and workmanship. Our rating for both is 10 (0 is bad 10 is perfect.)

When the Ecotech doorknockers came to my house I was very skeptical about getting this coming to quote me on my windows. However when Mark came by he was very professional and gave me a great demonstration of the product. He even got me per-approved for financing on the spot. When the installers came to do my windows, they were extremely polite, competent and very hard working. I was very pleased with the windows, installation and level of service.
