I was impressed with the installation crew remove shutter and old Windows and replaced same all in one day. They were very professional and timely and work well together. Vitality and his crew Ruslan,Dima,Oleh, Ivan, Nazar and Sanya is the team I would recommend if you are doing your windows replacement with Echotech.

Excellent service from the installers! My windows were perfect, they completed on time. The one installer was also amazing with son and answered all his questions (window related or not) while he was working.

Excellent service and price for basement retrofit of 3 windows

Couldn't have asked for more from Ecotech; Jacob (sales) and Mileta and team (installers) got us a great deal on 3 basement windows and were able to aluminum cap a couple of our garage windows too. Won't hesitate to call Ecotech for our patio/entry-door and other window needs in the future, great communication and service so far!

No more drafts!

We replaced 10 large windows and 3 doors to become more energy efficient. (We were told during our pre inspection that we had the equivalent of a 3 sqft hole in our wall with the amount of leakage we had). Ecotech proved to be the most responsive with the widest range of products allowing us to preserve our original look. We had issues with one door being an incorrect size, but that was corrected quickly. The installation teams were polite and courteous. When the second team came to install the last door, Mileta (the install lead) explained everything that was going to happen and promptly completed the install with his partner. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably.
My wife and I would like to thank Ecotech for their services.
