Sam painted over 4,000 sq of wall, trimming, ceiling space. he did not have a single drop of dirt or paint on the carpet. We provided two color paint to Sam. He likes to start at 8:00 am but does not work on Sundays which worked out well for us as we needed to close early in the evenings. His work is very detail, clean, & does not take smoke breaks. - Do provide some healthy snacks which I think he likes.

We hired Sam to help us out with building a large IKEA wardrobe and bolting it to the concrete wall. The job was somewhat last-minute and he was available for us in short notice. He was very nice and friendly and went the extra mile to help with our job (even drove across town to find an open hardware store to find the parts we needed). Thanks Sam!

I needed someone to help me with some odd jobs around the house. I contacted Sam based on reviews here. He showed up on time and reviewed the project which involved finishing a utility/laundry room and other minor things around the house. Sam did a great job with framing, drywall, minor plumbing, and simple carpentry. He was very pleasant and worked well with limited supervision. I will certainly use Sam in the future and recommend him to friends and family. A good handyman is hard to find!

I needed someone to come in and do some last minute painting and mount some hardboard on the back of a wardrobe that we wanted to make into a room divider. I called a lot of people and no one returned my call. Sam squeezed me in on a Sunday. He was fast, efficient and clean. He talked through everything we needed done and asked questions and gave helpful suggestions on the best way to do the room divider. He also cleaned up after himself. It was a great experience and I will definitely use him again!

I gave work to Sam on 2 occassions recently and found him to be very honest, courteous, polite and punctual. After each job, he cleaned up the area. He only did the job that was necessary. I gave him the second job to do for me because of his excellent service and work the first time and very reasonable cost. Sam completely plumbed and wired my new kitchen as well as providing demolition services. He was always on time, in fact usually 10 minutes early, on budget, and understood what was required, even when I didn't. He is an amazing person, honest and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any project. You will be very, very happy and you will not want to give his number to anyone because he is so good. Do not do that. It is not fair to all of us who need someone like Sam. Like a Dad or a trusted Uncle he is amazing!
