G&G Magic Touch Services

G&G Magic Touch Services have performed several small jobs for us over the past few years.Their attitude, expertise and pricing have been very satisfactory. I would definitely consider Gail and Gilles for future large projects in our condo!

Gilles and Gail did a wonderful job for me. They were punctual, pleasant and professional even when the project turned out to be more complex than first estimated.
Everything was left in good shape when they finished.
They were also true to their orginal quote.
I would certainly use their services again.

Friendly and courteous service that was on budget and on time. G & G magic touch did the job with some extra "magic' touches that made a big difference to our home.

I asked Gilles and Gail to build the chest and end tables for me. The chest was made using maple, oak, cedar, bass wood and lined with aromatic cedar..The end tables are maple veneer They are absolutely gorgeous and the end tables stimulate conversation, because of their unusual design. When I told my son in law, who is an excellent carpenter what my labour costs were he commented that not only was the work expertly done, but that the price that I paid was less than the going rate for such intricate work, given the hours that went into it. My wife and I are truly happy, my friends quite impressed and I would readily recommend G_G to anyone who wants quality work done.

my kitchen too in the past.Gilles and Gail are both very honest and reliable
contractors.I Will definately recommend them to anyone.

We have had G & G do painting and repairs to our shower. They have done excellent work - the one problem is that often emergencies or health interfere with their planned commitment - however, they can be totally trusted and do a great job when they do arrive to work. Sometimes it takes longer than planned because of the above mentioned situations. Their price is good and we would have them again. I would let people know that timing is sometimes an issue but trust and good work is very good.

G & G Magic Touch Services recently installed lighting in my kitchen and I must commend their work. They were courteous and efficient. I will definitely use this company again. Already making plans for another project!

I am sitting looking at the beautiful laminate flooring I just had installed by G&B Magic Touch Services. What a wonderful job they did and once again, I have to stress the fact that they are courteous, professional and do exceptional work! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and so pleased that I have finally found a contracting service that I can trust.

My first choice for general maintenance and repair is always G&G Magictouch. Most recently, they replaced a bathroom faucet and repaired the faucet in my kitchen sink. Work was done exactly when promised and to great satisfaction.

I am good at completing many of the fixes that I've needed in my home, but when I tackled my kitchen renovation, I needed an expert tiler to install the floor tiles. With the 12'' x 24'' tile style my wife and I wanted, I needed someone who could work with these long tiles in an 80+ year old home where the floor and walls aren't perfectly level. Also, my kitchen is relatively small (10 ft x 10 ft) so I wasn't sure how easy it would be to have someone come out to complete such a small space within the time period I needed. Luckily, I heard about G & G Magic Touch services from a customer in the tile store who overheard I needed a tiler. This customer proactively offered the name/phone number of G&G Magic Touch Services because they did work for her before. While I was talking to this customer, the store salesperson also gave an immediate glowing recommendation of G&G. I met with G&G Magic Touch Services and showed them my place. Because I had issues with a floor that dipped in different places, I was pleased to see how thorough they were. They went down with me into my basement to test out the different areas of the floor; one person stepped in various spots in the kitchen, and the other marked where the dips were. They were with me for a couple of hours in this initial (free) consultation and I was really impressed. I hired them for the job and from start to finish, they met their commitments. My floor was braced in the basement to create a solid kitchen floor, the tiles arrangement was well-planned and expertly installed. I enjoyed having G&G Magic Touch Services as my tiler for many reasons. Besides the fact that they're good, honest, hardworking people, I now have the floor I needed because:
- They have great skills; they have excellent attention to detail and made sure I was pleased with their work every step of the way (I even commented to my wife that I felt that Gilles was an artist - not a tiler).
- They're not just tilers; Gilles is an expert handyman and can provide recommendations for services (even ones he doesn't himself provide) in every area of the house. As a favour, Gilles brought over a roofer to assess mine.
- They met commitments; when they said they were going to be over they were.
- They're efficient/thorough; they came prepared at every stage of the tiling process, did the work, cleaned up, outlined our next steps and were done.
I was able to watch G&G magic Touch Services as they did the work and they were always generous with advice and explanations. I learned a lot from them and through all the questions I had about tiling and home renovations in general, I was able to see how skilled and knowledgeable they are - truly an asset. I will absolutely hire G&G Magic Touch Services again, whether I need them to do work in my current house, or another one in the future. They are a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to working with them again.
