Renovations By Aaron Sherwood

I was introduced to Renovations by Aaron Sherwood by another disaster of a contractor and was really happy for it. They did a big bathroom renovation and were just awesome. We’ve had about 20 people come do work in the house since and they were by far the best. Very professional - when they start a job they stay until its finished, they don’t leave you hanging. The only problem was they were a bit pushy with additional add-ons and pre-payments that I would have preferred to know about from the start.

I hired Renovations by Aaron Sherwood to demolish and rebuild my entire kitchen. I felt very comfortable working with Aaron and his crew, they were very open with me and communicated well. The budget I was quoted was abided by and the work was extremely well done.

I’ve had Renovations by Aaron Sherwood do a few renovations both in and outside my home including a washroom, main floor interior, custom fireplace painting and modifying my huge deck including refinishing, railings and glass. I have been pleased with the work, have no complaints and maintain a good rapport with the company, so I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Originally when I hired Renovations by Aaron Sherwood it was to renovate 1 bedroom and kitchen in the basement, but I was impressed enough with the work that I ended up having them renovate the entire basement. I really liked that they were always on time Mon-Fri until the job was done, since one of my biggest fears was that this job would get started and not finished. They are a little more expensive, but I like having peace of mind to know that it’ll be done. Now that both parts are done the basement looks brand new.

I hired Renovations by Aaron Sherwood for a bathroom/shower renovation and he did an excellent job. Most important to me is that he was clean, neat and on time. The experience was just terrific and would certainly recommend his service.

Use poor subs, don’t supervise their work properly, don’t return calls
Leaky roof – wrong size flashing around furnace exhaust
Improperly done insulation resulting in cold drafts, corroded pot lights
Plus many other issues (only allowed 30 words)

Everything went smoothly, but for a few minor glitches which were handled immediately and with the utmost care.
The individuals brought in to do the work were all professional, polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

25 year old building,,the ensuite had never been upgraded. This was a complete gut. They were always on time, respectful, and left the area tidy. I could always reach the project manager with my questions/and, or, concerns.
