We hired Mike for a home inspection in August 2015. He was very professional, thorough, and responsive from our first communication to the final report. We were impressed with the quality of the inspection and report. Mike took the time to answer our questions throughout the inspection. Hi identified areas of concern, timeframe to repair/replace, and recommendations for proper ongoing maintenance.

I have since recommended him to others and will hire him again.

My girlfriend and I are/were buying our first home. We hired Mike to do the house inspection based on his great online reviews and website. The sample report gave us a solid idea of what to expect, and even reviews who were critical were still very positive.

Mike took the time to explain a lot of the details of the house, as well as looking for potential issues the house itself might have. The walk through taught us a lot about being homeowners and Mike made us feel empowered to take excellent care of our new new home!

I felt the inspection was very thorough, and we received a lot of practical advice to get us started. We did the inspection in the morning and received the finished report that evening! There is a wealth of information in the report, and a lot of links to learn more which I plan to take advantage of.

Mike was really excellent. We were very surprised how knowledgeable he was about home, electrical, foundation issues including pool! The house we were inspecting was a 40 yr old home we just purchased. He was with us for 3 hrs, if not more...climbing into the ceiling, attic, roof, checking under the deck etc.
We didn't know anything about Mike before we hired him, but were certainly pleasantly relieved!

Mike is personable, very knowledgeable and professional! He was thorough with the home inspection and explained what he was looking for and why it was important. He also pointed out things to do and look out for in the future. After he completed the inspection, he took time to sit down and explain any key issues he identified and answer any outstanding question. The report was produced in a very timely fashion and was comprehensive.

I've dealt with a few home inspectors before, and Mike is by far the best! I would recommend him to everyone and use him again in the future.
