Excellent service and everyone I dealt with was very professional. I got an estimate from Ilia who gave me some options to choose from. The installers took their measurements and showed up on time on the installation date, were careful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me put things back. I replaced 14 windows with GoldStar Windows. All the windows look so nice and make me smile all the time I look at them. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Work was done properly. There was a big project done by GoldStar Window, they replaced all our windows and a patio door. They placed nice and solid products. Nick and installers were professional, fast, friendly, clean and easy to work with. They took care of everything cleaning up on the inside and outside of the house. Friendly and trustworthy!

To add, a few days later the patio door lock has some difficulties. Subsequently it needed repair. I contacted them and they quickly resolved this. They sent someone from the installation team and within minutes of his arrival the lock was replaced. I was very impressed. he came all the way from GTA area just for my door lock. The company stood by their promise that they would repair or service any of their products should their be any issues. Very happy with the windows and service!!

Our entire experience with GoldStar was perfect. From the first consultation Ilia was so lovely and informative. We were concerned that we had left installing a new door too late, but Ilia made sure the shipping came in on time. He advised us as to what kind of door would be right for us including colour and hardware. He was extremely accommodating with special requests, such as figuring out how to attach an old knocker with sentimental value to a new steel door. Our experience with Goldstar Window was great. We had 12 windows replaced in mid 2013 and have had no problems since. Ilia was amazing and reassuring and helped us select the approprite windows for our home. The wait time from ordering and manufactoring to installation was much shorter than the other companies we had been talking to and the price was competitive. The crews had to come out for three days to complete the job because our house did throw a few surprises at us but the job was done well and the crews worked hard the whole time they were here. I would not hesitate to recommend Goldstar Window to anyone looking for new windows.
