Our windows were going on 30 years so when we saw the Gold Star Window sign on our neighbor’s lawn we gave them a call because honestly the windows looked very well done. Price was very reasonable as well as friendly service. I must add that I didn’t feel any pressure when talking to our sales rep he was very considerate and not pushy. Overall just a pleasant experience and good product, not to mention a large selection to fit your needs/budget. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Goldstar went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful transaction throughout. Ilia (our sales rep) even came by and supervised the end of the installation to make sure everything went as planned. Everything went smoothly as promised. Our french patio doors (with screen) were installed less than two weeks after we finalized the contract with Ilia and our installers Alex and his helper did a wonderful professional job including cleanup of the work site. We’ve been putting this off for some time and are so happy finally had it taken care of thanks to Ilia and his wonderful offers and suggestions. All the staff at Goldstar are obviously knowledgeable and super professional. When Ilia came by for the quote and measurements I asked him for references and he was able to give me 2 right in my area which checked out great I even visited one of the houses to check out the new windows. I highly recommend Goldstar because everything went as promised after signing the contract which is not always the case. Some companies only act like they care about customer satisfaction until they get your downpayment but Ilia followed through with all his offers so I will definitely be recommending Goldstar to my friends.

Our meeting took place the same week and he brought many samples and catalogues to demonstrate the range of quality products they offer. Installation was successful and end result is remarkable. Sergeo and his crew cleaned up everything to the last detail and Nick even stopped by during the installation to check up on how everything is going. All in all a beautiful selection, pleasant staff, professional installers and reasonable price, which is all you can ask for from any business deal in my opinion. I would happily recommend Gold Star windows to anyone as I told Nick to give me a call if he ever needs a reference from a happy customer.

We changed every window on two floors of our home. Unfortunately I managed to break the glass on my double hung window downstairs in the living room and right away I started trying to figure out what it’s going to cost me since it was my fault but Gold Star issued a service call for me and got it replaced within a week free of charge. Amazing customer service! So so happy with my decision to choose Gold Star windows I wish all companies took customer satisfaction as seriously. Without any doubt a perfect 10 for quality product and professional service!

What a huge difference to the look of the house! Just by replacing windows. Best home improvement step I have ever made. I was contemplating whether I should change my windows for a few years because they are not the best quality even though they are less than 10 years old. Previous owner replaced them before I bought the house but I still needed an upgrade to a more designer look and I am so glad I did. Already had 2 neighbors ask me who did my windows, they look amazing.

Just had our front door entry system put in a few days ago and so far we are very happy with it. Personally I think Goldstar offers an attractive collection of products. We receive such wonderful service we are doing our windows with them too later this year. The door is secure and beautiful, very insulated that when it’s scorching hot outside and I touched the glass was still felt cool to the touch. Lifetime warranty is a plus even though I think door is so well made I doubt we will need any repairs or replacements. I would certainly recommend Goldstar to any homeowner looking to improve their house appearance and quality.

Just installed our windows last year and we could not be more pleased. Like all reviews for Goldstar we have no complaints because our windows were done to our satisfaction and if anything, exceeded expectations. Sandra gave us an excellent deal for our bay window and patio door as well as four basement windows. Installers Sergeo and Vlad work fast between the two of them and finished in just a few hours. I am confident we got the best considering our budget because I did my research and Goldstar also did my coworker’s windows. I saw photographs so knew I was getting quality product. As my coworker helped me I wish to do the same and save some time by calling Goldstar Window they are very professional and flexible.

Beautifully designed and well insulated windows of all shapes and colors to choose from. We bought a 10 year old house but windows were so cheap we constantly had issues with leaks, draft and rattling noises. Any concern or request we had with Gold Star Windows was addressed right away by either our representative or the office staff who are all very polite and helpful. I wished to change my order 3 times before we finally decided on the perfect colour and NO problems! Now our windows perform well and look flawless! I wouldn’t change anything.

At Goldstar you can really customize products down to any detail. We are certainly enjoying the added bonus of reducing our monthly energy bill. House is noticeably more insulated and takes much less energy to maintain desired room temperature. Gold Star was my 7th estimate and I am so happy I chose their windows. They came by and gave me a quote the same day I called and I knew after talking to Nick for five minutes that this is a quality product and professional service. All windows are energy star and very efficient and come with lifetime warranty. I was able to customize my order from pane color down to my choice of mechanism. I am pleased with everything about Gold star the whole process is excellent including ordering, installation, clean up and disposal of old windows and all is done in a timely fashion.
