Do you know when you thought that you have bought the perfect house only to find out it isn't? Scottie came to our rescue. What he uncovered would make a normal person run screaming from the room. But with his patience and expertise our home is much safer. He was able to correct many issues that had been done by the previous owner incorrectly and bring us up to code. He went above and beyond to help us. We will never be able to thank him enough. He was always here on time, answered any and all questions and the end bill was very reasonable for what he did. Gords electric was amazing. Prompting replying to our request for assistance. Clear in pricing, time spent and service rendered. Scotty of Gords Electric was excellent in identifying problem electrical areas and solutions in order to fully restore power. He went over an above. Changing outdoor switches, installing dimmer switches, figuring out botched wiring, providing solutions including a detailed action plan going forward and fixing all kitchen lighting and power issues.

While preparing the spare bedroom for family to sleep over at Christmas one of the electrical outlets started crackling and sparking. Having to turn off the power meant no lights or power to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Not ideal! I called Gord’s Electric at 10:15am on Christmas Eve and Scott arrived at Noon to fix the problem. He was super safe wearing a mask (as did we) and keeping a social distance. He had everything safely fixed by 1:30pm and saved our Christmas Eve. Scott is always very professional. I would highly recommend Gord’s Electric.

Scott came up exactly on time, completed service, and kept us informed every step of the way, and even followed up posthumously!
