When looking to upgrade our fuse box to a panel box, we got a few quotes. Scott from Gord's Electric was the only one who took the time to thoroughly discuss the scope of the work and how it related to other potential electrical issues in our house. Scotty is thorough, reliable, honest - he'll make sure your wiring is safe & secure. While his schedule may be busy - with good reason, he returns phone calls promptly and deals with emergencies as fast as he can. Very trustworthy & friendly too. How can you not but like an electrician who is also a jazz musician??? It seems current can be both a career and a passion... He is also fair with respect to time spent on any job.

I emailed with our electrical issue and - unlike some other companies - Scott contacted us back right away. He was friendly and efficient. Good experience overall, we would hire him again.

This is the third job Scott has done for me. He is always prompt, courteous, explains everything and his rates are very reasonable. He is absolutely meticulous about his work and I have complete confidence that everything is done right. On the last job he solved a problem with a two way switch that hadn't worked since it was installed by someone else. I highly recommend this company.

Gord's Electric was recommended by an electrical supply company. I called and left a voice mail a few days before Christmas Day regarding flickering lights and power surging. Within 2 hours the owner, Scott, returned my call and explained he was busy but he arranged a day he would come out. Scott was friendly and explained his rates on the phone. Upon his arrival Scott was courteous and was very thorough in determining what the issue was and made the necessary repairs. Scott was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. A true and honest Master Electrician.
