One of my rental properties had some electric issues. I checked around and decided to use Robart service for the first time. I called Rob, he answered the phone very professionally and sent his crew to my place on time and did job. Unfortunately for some unknown reason, shortly after the crew left, the problem appeared again. In contact with Rob, He ensured me that he will send his best man to get this taken care of and there will be no charge for the first visit. However, just before they came, this place was hit by even bigger problem - flooding in the basement due to the heavy rains. I had to cancel the appointment with Rob for few times. Rob called back a few time just to make sure everything is ok with my side, and ensured me as soon as I have the flooding problem under control, he will send his crew right away. That again, is what he did.

In the end, this seemingly small job, took Rob's crew three trips, numbers phone calls, and over the period of almost 2 months, and it turned out to be the great test to Rob's company professionalism. I have to say they are next to none. They are simply the best.

Now, everything has been beatifully taken care of. The electric system works like a charm after Rob's reapair. The tenants are happy and I strongly recommend Rob's electric company as THE best electric company you will never go wrong with, they are simply the best. Period. Keep up great job, Rob!

In April 2013, my husband hired Robart Electrical to modify the electrical on our home septic system. We called them on Monday and Chris was at our home the following afternoon. While Chris was doing that work, he noticed that there was insufficient power feeding a previously installed sub panel, so he did a load test and upgraded the electrical for that old panel. We were very pleased with the speed at which our work was completed and that the site was cleaned up after. We would not hesitate to recommend Robart Electical.

I called Rob and promptly made an appointment to the range hood replaced. The electrician was efficient, very reasonably priced and answered all of my questions. I found them through a friends advice and will be calling Rob at Robart for my next electrical job.

Hired this firm after they promptly replied to our email for a quote. They came out to do the quote and we hired them to do the work. We needed to fix items that were required as the result of a home inspection report for a house sale. Robart's came out did the work economically, professionally, on time and above all courteously. They were great "people" and we would definitely use their services again!

It started with wanting some new slots in our electrical panel so we can install an a/c in the house. Robart's comes recommended and their prices are reasonable.

Epcor came and wouldn't disconnect the electricity without the whole electrical service being upgraded. This changed the scope of the project and Robart's handled it very well. I was informed of my options, allowed to pick what would work for me and then proceeded with the job pulling an additional person in to complete it on time.

In the end it cost more due to the expanded scope but it wasn't Robart's fault and they made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle by offering the increased services the same day and with good advice.

Excellent service. Clean. Courteous. Professional. Follow through and follow-up done. Kept to quote. They were busy, but kept to schedule. Answers provided as requested. Fair price. I would hire them again. No problem.

Called after reading reviews on Homestar - WOW is all I can say. I placed a frantic call at 7:30 p.m. Rob was on the phone to me the next morning at 7:30 a.m. Wonderful people, Chris Simister came to our home, found the gremlin that was turning our power off in the bathroom - had the problem tracked and solved within 15 minutes, he completed a few more electrical issues we had. We recommend without hesitation this company, professional, FAST, we needed immediate service and it was provided. Can't say enough good about this company - will definitely use them again, and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys for all your help, truly appreciated.

We recently renovated our kitchen and had Robart do our lighting design and install. Rob was great to deal with and down to earth.
