Living up North, we took a chance in trusting Paradisaic to complete our dream solarium. We were extremely impressed at how professional the entire crew was throughout the project! The decking material hold up to promise of withstanding wear and tear, my 2 large dogs one weights 148 lbs use the deck everyday.
As to cost, the deck was not cheap but we were looking for a well designed and well built deck, we are happy with our choice.

We recently contracted Paradisaic to build our back deck and pergola. We were drawn to Paradisaic principally because of the early interactions we had with our client representative. Of the several quotes we had received, Richard was the only one to take the time to educate us about composite products and learn about our particular needs. We had started off with a quote that was slightly over our budget and took advantage of Ben's design service in order to get our project where we needed it to be. From that point on our every interaction with Paradisaic was ideal. We have had many contractors over the years and this was by far our best experience. Ben's designs were insightful and captured exactly what we wanted to use our space for...better than that, each revision allowed us to move the budget around until we were comfortable with the price. Work began 2 weeks after we made a commitment and our foreman (Greg - thank you so much!) and his crew had the 400 square foot composite deck and our beautiful cedar pergola installed in a weeks time. Perhaps the most appealing part of the whole process was the sheer amount of legwork we avoided with regard to permits, engineered drawings, and conversations with the township thanks to Cory and Richard. We couldn't be more pleased with the process or final product...rare, top notch professionalism in an intimidating industry.

In 2004, I had a deck constructed by a local franchised contractor who, with no big surprise, is no longer in business. The deck had multiple issues over the years, from structural integrity to poor workmanship to poor product quality—all which truly limited me from enjoying my deck.

As a result, I wanted to “right all of the wrongs” on this deck so I could truly sit back, relax and enjoy the deck. So, I contacted Ben at Paradisaic Creative Decks and have never looked back! I definitely made the right choice with the right company (to be honest, I should have contacted them back in 2004 and I would not have been in this mess!). Ben and his team of highly skilled workers demonstrate a level of professionalism and quality craftsmanship that is difficult to find with deck contractors these days.

I have upgraded my deck twice and have used Ben’s company each time: in 2010 and in 2013. In addition, as a testament to Paradisaic Creative Decks high quality workmanship, in 2012 I had them build a fence along the circumference of my backyard. Another work of art: 6x6 posts, solid panel construction and handmade lattice throughout. Everyone that visits compliments me on not only the beautiful deck but the beautiful design of fence and how it complements the deck.

And, lastly, back in 2010, I asked Ben’s company to design and build a landscape garden along my garage. Without saying more, yes, I am very happy with the end result.

Each time I have contracted with Paradisaic Creative Decks, the result has exceeded my expectations. Would I recommend Paradisaic Creative Decks to others? Absolutely! In fact, I have to friends and family who contracted with Ben and have equally been pleased with the end result of their projects.

Paradisaic was contracted to design and build a pagoda utilizing the South American hardwood, ipe. Initial construction estimate was two weeks but since ipe is a very dense, very hard, very difficult material to work with construction actually took two months. Since the garden has a three foot deep pond it was necessary to install gates enclosing the property. Select cedar was specified for the gate construction but fence grade cedar was used instead. Unhappy with the gates I contracted with Paradisaic to replace them with ipe gates. After more than two years the cedar gates, which are now falling apart, have yet to be replaced even though Paradisaic received a deposit on the replacement contract.
