Called Vitaly as soon as I saw the huge mess in my laundry room. He arrived promptly and using a scope and snake managed to unblock the sewage pipe. He suggested we install new pipe and backwater flow valve to prevent this happening again. Since the city has a rebate for this problem we decided to go ahead. Vitaly and his workers were polite and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up after each part of the job was finished. I'd highly recommend them.

Master Drain completed work drain connection and replacement work for me in order to prepare for work to be completed by City contractors. Unfortunately, after the City completed their portion, my basement was flooded. While responsibility was being determined, Master drain came out immediately and assisted with clean up and equipment. They responded quickly to calls and were helpful during a difficult time.

I used this company a few times and they helped me to detect and fix a broken sewer pipe in my home, for almost half less than another big plumbing company wanted to charge;
they cleaned main drain in my rental property and did a full tele inspection of the system suggesting some longer term repairs in the future, and replaced two sewer back up valves in my house and my mother's house, which are supported by Toronto city rebates.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Vitaly and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They quickly identified the issue and the best way to resolve it - they ended up doing more work than anticipated but stayd true to their orginal quote. They were the only company who said they could do the work without removing out deck in the process - the result was a savings of over $5,000 for the deck replacement and we were not displaced from our home. they completed a complicated, labour intensive job in a day and a half and could hardly tell they'd been there when they were finished.

When the sewer backed up and flowed inside our new building, they painstakingly dug small holes to repair, reline the whole sanitary line so as not to ruin our newly paved driveway.

Two weeks ago ,we asked master drain and water works for second opinion and an estimate on a plumbing problem that cause the sewage to back up.
within a couple of hour ,we got the return phone call by vital ( the company owner .we set up an appointment the next day. He came with the camera showed us exactly what the problem was and exactly what need to be done . He gave a price that we thought was reasonable unlike the previous guy who had no intention to clear the drain like we asked and infact used that proleme to blackmailed us in getting the job done by them( we don't think they deserved to be called Mister anything). Anyway Master drain and water works started their job right away .keeping the job site very tidy keep the disruption of water use to the minimum and working late to get the job done on time. we very impressed and grateful with the the work ethic and courtesy Vital and his crew show us . we would recommend Master drain and water works to anyone .They make you feel at ease and that's important when you have plumbing problem.

Vitaliy and his crew came recommended from our general contractor. The crew showed up on time early Sunday morning and were very polite, clean and quiet. They dug through a place in one of our planters in the front yard and torpedo'd the water line to the city boundary. When they were done, they cleaned up so well and even put the plants back so you couldn't even tell they had been there. Magic!
