Westmount Heating provided excellent service from start to finish. They arrived on time and worked diligently to install our new furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody needing a new furnace.

My experience with Westmount Heating has been excellent from the initial inquiry all the way through to installation. I called Westmount for a quote and a couple of days later Laurenzo came on site to look around. He was thorough in canvassing my house and recommended a AC unit that would be optimal for my environment. He was very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had regarding a central AC system, as this was new to me. They recommended an AC unit that is best suited for your home to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. I asked him on a couple of occasions about sizing up the AC unit, but he said it was not necessary due to the size and age of my home. As a result I went with his recommendation for a 3.5 ton unit, which I'm glad I did, as it has performed perfectly in cooling my home this summer. I appreciate Laurenzo's honesty and integrity in the way he conducts his business. The installation was completed in half a day, as promised and everything went according to plan with no issues. Kim was also great to deal with as she would get back to me in a timely fashion with inquiries, quotes, and invoices. I'm extremely happy with the level of service that I received and would highly recommend Westmount Heating to anyone looking for an AC system.

Our furnace went out during a cold spell in January. After checking this site's reviews and interviewing about 4 firms, we settled on Westmount. I am so happy we did. They worked quickly to provide us with a new furnace and heat as soon as possible. We also elected to have an A/C coil installed at the same time because we knew we wanted A/C for the summer...that suggestion by Lorenzo saved us hundreds later.

In the summer, we had the A/C installed. Once again, Westmount came on time, worked quickly (even though they had to go back to the warehouse because they'd been given the wrong unit), installed our A/C, trained us in how to use it properly and showed us best settings.

Our family now sleeps better, during the winter and summer.

We can't recommend Westmount highly enough to anyone requiring furnace or Air Conditioning work done.

Laurenzo and his team recently installed an A/C unit in my home. Initially I wasn't sure what my options were given the specs on my home; however, Laurenzo went through the options with me and clearly outlined the process. He was punctual for our meetings and called me promptly when there was a delay in the order/installation. I am very pleased with how smoothly the install went and wouldn't hesitate to work with the company again.

I had an Air Conditioner installed at my house on June 10th. Laurenzo and his team arrived on time and finished the job in 3 1/2 hours. So far, everything is working great. Moving into an 80's home that still had the original cast iron boiler. Mirch took the time to explain the benefits of a more efficient boiler and setup. Mirch and his sidekick showed up as scheduled and managed to replace all iron/steel pipes and flushed out the old (dirty) liquid inside the floor radiant heating. They also replaced the zoning circuits. Did not try up sell other services or products, but provided answers to my questions or concerns without hesitation.
