Martin was extremely efficient, friendly, responded fast and was honest about what needed to be done. I had sent an email inquiry after hours for a quick estimate for a client of mine and received a response that same night! Would highly recommend.

Professional, very polite service from owner and team. Various visits were needed due to needing to replace material. All done in a timely manner. One lamp needed rewiring and Martin the owner found a supplier and it was completed in under a week. Also appreciated that I was kept in the loop on progress and timelines. The explanation of the completed jobs were informative.

After a great deal of research, I opted to try GD Electric. The team at GD Electric were excellent. Martin answered all my questions and was able to schedule the install to meet my schedule. Jeff showed up on time and completed the install of the bath fan quickly. Jeff was a wealth of knowledge as well, and provided clear explanations for the concerns I had about the electrical outlets. After discussing the options, we decided to have the outlets updated which Jeff was able to complete on the same visit. A great experience overall. I have been really nervous about having an electrician to the house to evaluate my electrical setup. I was afraid of the person talking over my head and selling me what I did not need. GD Electric and Controls was one of many electrical quotes I got to replace my panel, install a bathroom fan, and properly terminate my aluminum wiring. They were easily the best deal around, and the quality of workmanship did not decrease because of that. Martin, and Jeff were extremely helpful in understanding electrical code and the requirements to follow for permits and residential electrical as a whole. They were understanding of my situation, being myself and three roommates and respected everyones privacy to the tee. It's nice to see a genuine company that is caring, and professional with their clients. I have future plans to develop my basement and will definitely bring Martin and Jeff, with GD Electric back again.

The service is great. The estimate was made in advance, and the work was done efficiently and thouroughly. The team was there to trouble shoot great solutions to our house wiring needs. Our house now has video cameras and dimmers that sync with an App that lets us control the switches from anywhere. Great Dane Electric are polite, up front with pricing, and generous with knowledge and time. We will be calling on them in the future for sure. Thank you.

We needed to have our kitchen, back entry and basement stair well light fixtures replaced. Our landlord sent Martin to us who was efficient, knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. Very pleased with the final products installed. Great work Martin!
