Renovations By Matt Ltd.

I needed to replace my cracked bathroom sink quickly before it started to leak. I contacted Matt from MDE Con Renos and he responded immediately. His price was reasonable and he was able to schedule a visit the same week. Matt showed up on time, was polite, made a professional work and left a workplace cleaned. The only surprise was the cost of materials, but everything else was more than satisfactory. I will definitely call him again.

After checking out numerous contractors I found Matt from MDE Con Renos. After talking with Matt for the first time I knew I was talking to a professional. My wife and I are finishing our basement and needed a contractor to install a custom shower base. Matt was very knowledgeable, showed up on time and completed the job to the highest standard. Matt even went as far as fixing mistakes which were made by a previous plumber. Matt great work and a pleasure working with you.

I just moved into a new condo and had a wish list: build a cedar planter box for my balcony (I miss my garden), turn my coat closet into a pantry, hang a picture in a difficult spot, effectively secure a make-up mirror and hang drapery in two rooms. MDE showed up on time, did everything quickly, safely, clean and neatly, effectively, and cheerfully, offering some suggestions along the way. I am very satisfied, and relaxed about completing my wish list....for now. I will definitely call them again. :-)

We needed a pressure reducing valve replaced in a tight space.

Matt came on time, worked quickly in an area restricting his movements and did a great job for a reasonable price.

Having previously hired Matt for work on the exterior of my home and observering that his quality work withstood the hands of time... I knew that I wanted Matt to come assist with renovations for the interior.

Matt is always punctual/polite and I find his quotes to be very fair. I feel that he does his best to offer ideas that will save money whether it be suggesting appropriate paint for the job or where to buy materials at a good price. (He even assisted in returning unused baseboard).

I noticed that Matt and his crew work very efficiently, taking very little breaks. Having encountered some issues around differing heights of flooring which affected the baseboars...Matt was able to overcome the issue by reframing and adding trim to two areas of the livingroom which really helped to make the job look more complete.

In my opinion, his crew are a great group of guys who take pride in their work.

I would use Matt in the future if need be and would recommend him to anyone.

I asked Matt to remove of a wooden soffit from the house porch and install a new wall cap for the range hood exhaust vent.
He and his crew did a very good job, quickly and on time.
I am very happy with their service.
