Francois, Valerie and Keno were all excellent to work with. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Someone was on site regularly to check on the work being done. The installers were excellent and did a fantastic job. My house looks amazing!! I would highly recommend them. More than 1/2 of the cost I paid as it was a upgrade from the vinyl siding the insurance company paid to replace.

We got the shingles, siding and gutters replaced after a hail storm and they were very professional. The quality of work is very good. The products that they offer are of high quality as well.They made sure the site was clean and safe. Kino Tremblay was vey helpful and was very reponsive to any questions we had. They even had a drone to do the last inspection of the roof, siding and gutter replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Project completed on Dec 9,2020 and we are so happy with the result. The office manager was so helpful and kept me updated from the start till signing the last documents . The workers are on time and the works that they’ve done was very good . I could compared it to the other house that also do the James hardie and I must say West Quality Inc . Workmanship Rated 10/10 . They will explained everything and they really listen to their client . And the most important to me is they can be easily contacted and I will get response right away . Our house project was done in 7 business days . I told them I would like it to be done before Christmas if possible , they did not promise anything due to the weather but they make it work . Every time I parked my car in the front of our house I say to myself “ I made a right decision to choose this contractor “ and I highly recommended them .

roof got destroy by a hail storm in late july, they provide me 3 quotes, (good,better or best) depending on the material used, my insurance agreed to take to best quote and less than 1 month after i sign the contract, the job is done, got a new roof. Very professional service. The site was very clean after the job was done, not a single nail on the ground.

Francois, Oliver, & Kino were a pleasure to deal with. Kino responded quickly within a few days to access my shop attic ventilation. He was professional and after thoroughly investigating clearly outlined the required improvements. We added two roof vents and improved the soffit intake ventilation. The project was completed within our agreed schedule and invoiced as quoted. All the WQC staff answered all my questions well and I felt they cared and wanted to perform the job right. Recommend highly!

We bought a house with an old cedar plank roof that had developed a leak near one of our windows. The West Quality guys came in, diagnosed that a small hole had developed in one of the flashing areas. They did a temporary patch and quoted us for a replacement roof because we wanted to switch to asphalt anyways. They got the roof done in a clean, efficient manner. No complaints we were extremely happy with the result.

I 100% recommend West Quality Roofing & Exteriors. I hired this company to re-do the roof and fix the attic ventilation for one of my rentals. Actually, I didn’t know about the need to fix/improve the ventilation of my attic until Francois kindly, very patiently and thoroughly explained how this would avoid condensation, mold and other issues that would be more costly to repair in the future. Valerie was also very helpful in answering all my questions both about the payment process, timelines and technical information. Valerie and Francois are very professional, trustworthy and the work was completed on time. I will definitely continue to hire their services for my home and other rentals when the need arise. They also checked my other properties and they confirmed that I still have a few good years before I would need their services again.

François was great from day 1 when we did the evaluation to determine the enhancements to perform. WQC offered a complete solution to enhance our roof ventilation with high quality products.

West Quality Construction removed and replaced two leaking bathroom vents and upgraded two roof vents. They also removed an old flue and replace the roof sheathing and shingles. The work was done in a timely manner. They where on time and the work was done when they said it would be. Quality of work was excellent and site was left clean. It was an excellent experience!

Francois and his team were knowledgeable, honest and thorough. My job entailed not only shingle replacement but also finding creative ways to install soffit intake in an attic that was originally causing major condensation issues. Francois successfully found a way to address this issue. His team was diligent and punctual in completing the job.
