"Splendid" Work is not enough word to describe the standard of Furnace and AC Direct. I bought new water Tank from them and they are really marvelous from prices to installation. I am just writing this review because I feel that its my responsibility to tell other house owners that how much capable you guys are. I advised you to keep your standard maintained.

Their technicians always show up on time for the yearly maintenance. Steven in the office is always ready to answer your questions about billing. I will continue using these professionals and will recommend them to everyone.

It was time that my furnace started to ask for my attention and I thought I'd be best to have some from furnace account direct to diagnose my system. They were on time and finished the job in a very good and clean manner. I will surely suggest them to family and friends.

The technician Arthur came to my place in half an hour and after a quick diagnosed he informed that my furnace pump is broken. He offered a reasonable price for the new pump. I then asked him if he has the part with himself and I was surprised when he told me that he does have the pump and the other parts in his car well Arthur finished his work in a professional manner. I then received a call from Furnace and AC direct quality assurance department in the morning they were following up with the work quality. I was very impressed by their follow up call and found that Furnace and AC direct does care about their customers by actions. I would like to thank Arthur for solving my problem in no time and will definitely keep these guys in my mind for any heating or cooling need in the future.
