Excellent service by Joseph and Dominic. I really appreciated the reminder call the day before and another call with their exact ETA when they were on their way. Very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They worked efficiently and were done in about half an hour including inspection of the chimney cap on the roof. Highly recommended!

I had what I thought was a simple job to do until I described the very high/steep slope of my roof where the chimney is located. Where other companies basically told me "NO can do", Martin at MGG was the only one to give me an honest quote which involved 2 men and scaffolding. Joseph and Domenic were very professional, polite and friendly. They performed the grueling task on a very hot day with no complaints.

Several years agoI hired MGG CHIMNEY SWEEP for a chimney cleaning. Martin not only did a great job at a fair price but also answered some questions I had about removing an old fireplace and replacing it with a high efficiency wood stove. These past few months I had Martin install the new wood stove. He does excellent work and I am very happy with the end result. Being WETT certified, Martin offered good advice throughout my preplanning stage, removing any concerns I’d had before getting started with the project.
I would highly recommend this company if you’re thinking of a fireplace/ wood stove project, new or old.

I haired MGG to fix the Chimney screen damaged by another guy. MGG did good job, shown up on time. Quality seem is good as I do not see birds in house after that.

Booked a chimney sweep, Martin came walked in muddy wet boots, talked about chimneys not up to code, need to do this that and the other, replace this, quoted 3600.00 to do the work. Saw a woman and decided to try to sucker for $. Charged $226.00 for a service call no work done. Got 2 separate level 2 WETT inspections done and both determined Inspection passed and nothing I was told was true. Booking my chimney sweep with a different honest company!

We just moved into a new home with 2 fireplaces ... Great service, on time, good advice for using the fireplace. Pointed out that our roof is sketchy! Highly recommend their service.

Came in and did the job.

My only concern was the coughing. Especially in today's pandemic, I was not comfortable going near the work area for a couple of days.

Martin and Domenic were able to install a stainless steel liner in our chimney system and connect an existing wood burning stove which was fraught with challenges because of the confined space within which it is located. They didn’t let that get in the way of finishing the job and cleaning up afterwards. Will be using them back for a second chimney repair.

Martin is extremely knowledgeable and a master at his craft. Great service from his quote right through to his installation. Martin cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. I was so impressed with both Martin and Domenic’s professionalism and attention to courteous COVID regulations during installation. Definite recommendation!
