I contracted Garage Living to help organize my garage. I had slat wall installed and two overhead steel storage shelves. The quote was done relatively quickly and within the price I was expecting. The installation team did a tremendous job installing everything and were very quick. I would recommend and would use them again without hesitation.

Daniel came out to see the job and determine our needs. He was very professional and listened carefully to what we wanted to do and made suggestions to help. Jeremy and Matt arrived at the time promised and got to work right away. We were expecting dust and all kinds of noise and were pleasantly surprised with the limited amount of dust and noise that the job caused. Both team members patiently answered our questions as the job progressed. The quality of the work done is top class and we are very happy that Garage Living was our first choice to undertake this work for us. We are absolutely delighted with our 'brand new' garage and feel that the
company is well named. Our floor had huge cracks in it which have been eliminated and now the floor looks perfect. It certainly gives credence to the thought that one could 'live' in a garage upgraded by Garage Living. Thank you so much for a great job!

Garage Living DISASTER! Alex the sales rep sold the job then disappeared never to be seen again. Day one they didn't know how to get into the garage, screwed up the high lift kit, couldn't figure out how to shorten the new openers. Day 2 locked themselves out AGAIN, tried to fix the doors and did the floor. Installed the wrong stairs so had to come back and rip them out. Still insisting the openers couldn't be shortened I sent Alex an email from the manufacturer explaining how. Now his story changed from they can't to oh we won't because it voids the warranty. I told him no issue just do it. He refused. Day 3 replaced stairs and had to redo flooring. They installed the slat wall too high so all the chunks out of the foundation are exposed (you'll never see that on there website). Builder had used a 6" wide shim at foundation. When they redid the stairs they wiped some epoxy on the butt end of the shim to try and cover it up. Emailed Alex that night as slat wall was complete...except the garage door wall wasn't touched! I asked if a complete garage makeover only included 3 walls!?!? His answer...my slat wall guy said it's too hard, different elevations, narrow spots. I asked what about all the electrical outlets and switches that we're all mixed matched and missing cover plates...apparently for $25k you have to buy and install those yourself. Alex never showed up once through this entire mess, when they called for release of the final payment I said absolutely NOT until you fix the mistakes, two months later I find out when I get my credit card statement they took the money. I've called twice and asked for one of the managing directors to come see how they left the job...neither will return my call!

Second house they have done for me. We have sold 2 homes in the past year and i strongly believe the beautiful finished garage floor made a difference in quick sales and top dollar in both homes. it really finished our homes off nicely.

Less than a year after they completed the project, the flooring started to form bubbles. I contacted them regarding this and was told that this was due to the moisture coming through the concrete floor and that it would not be covered by the warranty. While the warranty is active for 10 years from the date of purchase, they add that it is "per management's discretion." When I asked them about the flooring, they offered nothing. I did not expose my garage to winter conditions or any other unreasonable conditions for a garage for extended periods of time. It makes question what warranty they actually offer, if they are unwilling to replace what seems to be defective work.

My garage floor was in rough shape with large cracks and flaking concrete. The 2 technicians spent a full day doing the floor and it looks great! I had a problem with water pooling and the president of the company came out and recommended garage door weather stripping. They are obviously a company concerned with customer satisfaction.

Aaron and his team were responsive, punctual, fluent in English, and delivered exactly on what was agreed upon. It was a refreshing service experience and I would highly recommend them!
