My wife & I were very impressed with our dealing with Imperial Bathrooms and your representative, Jason Zaremba.He was very efficient and did an excellent install, as well as clean-up afterwards. But what I liked most, was the fact that for both visits, he was here when he said he would be (doesn't happen very often these days). I would highly recommend Imperial Bathrooms to anyone.

The installer met with me the first time and gave his professional opinion on how to make the bathtub safer for a disabled senior. He then returned to install what was agreed upon. The work was done exactly as specified and it was rather clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. I was also most impressed with the fact that he vacuumed upon completion of the job. A true professional in every sense of the word!

Safeway Step

A section of the tub wall was removed to add the Safeway Step. My elderly parents had a very difficult time entering the tub. Now it's one less thing to worry about. I was impressed that Jason the installer even brought in another clean pair of work shoes for use inside the house. I would recommend the product or Imperial to anyone.

I had imperial bathrooms install a couple grab bars and a bath mat for me. The installer was helpful and suggestest the best place for the grab bars to be installed, which in the end worked out.Overall great experience and worth the money.
