He was able to diagnose the problem right away and did an amazing job. His response time was very also very fast and he even followed up with me as well to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who need a great plumber !!!

Unfortunately Patrick did not diagnose the problem accurately. What should have been a simple installation turned into a wrecking job. He needed an assistant but didn't have one so I was deputized. The situation was unacceptable, the job left incomplete with a 12 x12 in hole in my wall and numerous other objectionable details. Then he said I needed a completely new showerhead. He was wrong. I needed a new hot water cartridge. Poor communications, poor business practices. Never again.

Patrick came by same day to fix my shower. He's a friendly guy and very personable. Fixed my shower efficiently and explained as he went along. I would certainly hire him again!

We hired Patrick to install a drain in our basement boiler room. It was a few hours of work and not glamorous as it involved digging into the ground and pulling up tile in an adjourning bathroom. Our house is over a hundred years old so it's always full of surprises. He arrived on time, worked hard during the day and made sure he got it done by the end of the day. And as an added bonus he cleaned up the bathroom afterwards. A great guy. We would definitely call him again for other plumbing jobs.

Pat and his assistant are excellent. Pat came out to give a price on the plumbing repair. The home needed to go from old lead plumbing to updated plumbing. Pat was efficient and the price was very fair. He is a very nice and trust worthy person that I wouldn't hesitate to call in the future for any plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

Patrick & his assistant were very clear on what was required. They then completed the job in a fast manner & quite efficient. They cleaned up the place before they left.
