We called ARO Plumbing and Heating due to leaking in our living room ceiling. They sent out Devin our service technician who was very thorough in his investigation of the problem(s). When he found it, he not only explained the problems, he also showed you the problems. He then told you all your options to resolve the problem - and he tells you all the pros & cons to each possible solution so you can make a more informed decision. Once you agree to the repair, Devin keeps you updated and progress of the repair. After the repairs are done, he goes over all the work done and the warranty the goes along with everything.
Overall, I would recommend Devin as a very qualified and informed technician and a pleasure to deal with during a very stressful situation.

As for the company itself, they are horrible to deal with afterwards. I needed a detail invoice to submit to Senior Services for reimbursement and contacted their office for it. You think it's a simple request - but no!!! After over 15 phone calls, leaving messages and the runaround from the manager/owner Peter - still no detailed invoice to be had after 3months. I guess as long as they have their money, they don't care if you get yours!! They don't care about the customers!!!
