Super-efficient and very friendly crew! They came when they said they would, they worked quickly and the price was fair.

The two young men arrived on time having telephoned prior to arrival. They efficiently removed the material and left the area tidy.
They were personable and polite.. I have used your company previously and, definitely, would again.

I did not know what to do, I do not have a truck or trailer and I needed to get rid of this stuff, that's just it, it's stuff and I have too much of it.

Employees arrived on time and had stuff move within an hour. Very professional. They both were wearing masks while removing the items. Have already referred the company to a friend in the apartment for an upcoming move.

From the first phone call with the very knowledgeable person who gave us an estimate and explained the procedure (including the fact that once the estimated weight was achieved the process would be stopped until we gave permission to continue, if we wished), to the follow-up email, to the scheduling email the day prior, to the call shortly before arrival (even a bit ahead of schedule which was great), to the efficient and friendly men who took our junk and gave us the weight and approximate cost before they left, to the immediate emailed invoice and the quick response to my phone call question, everything was done professionally, clearly, efficiently and was physically-distanced and completely contactless. We would use this company again and have recommended it to others.

Arrived on time & disposed items quickly. Efficient & polite workers. My only complaint is that I was not told beforehand that there is a $79 Service Fee, otherwise the charge was reasonable.

Every interaction with 505 Junk was flawless from start to finish. I contacted other companies who were aggressive in their follow-up, or who gave me really high quotes, or just didn't get back to me! But 505 Junk was professional, helpful, and patient all the way through. At the end I had already changed the time once and then a family member had a medical emergency (go figure) and I couldn't even be there when the team arrived and the support desk worked with me so I could send photos of everything I needed removed in the garage and then I was able to deal with my family member instead of being present when the junk removal team arrived. When I got back everything was gone and they had even tidied up...and the prices were terrific!

Had a super sized old school TV that weighed 230 lbs that had to be brought down from my second floor deck. The two young men hauled that, another large television and about 1,200 lbs of construction waste. They wasted no time getting the job done. Quick, efficient and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company again.

The booking process was simple and efficient. The crew showed up early with COVID personal protection on. The guys went to work and hauled out 500lbs of debris including a partially dismantled 8x6 tin shed in less than 15 minutes! The price was right which included a local area promotion. I would definitely use their service again!
