The gentlemen who installed the door were very pleasant. They did the job quickly and for the most part, it was done very well. The only small complaint I had was that some of the top layer of the drywall was ripped off inside the house as they pulled the trim off to install. I was hoping they were going to cut along the edge so this wouldn't happen.

We needed a new back door and basement windows and had a good experience as Home Depot came to the house and we picked what we liked and they installed them quite nicely. I would use the Home Depot service again!

Very pleased with the work and the end result... completed in one day.
Only complaint is that I have found about a dozen nails from the previous shingles, 3 of which were on the gravel driveway.

HELLO I gave one half of the price ahead for the door and a gentleman came after the job was done and I gave him the rest pf of the payment.

The men did a fine job of putting the new door for me. They took away the old one and my storm door too.\

I am very satisfied with the new look although I AM not able to peek out to see who is there. Small inconvenience for sure as I HAVE A large window for looking out

Work was fine and I WOULD suggest them to anyone

We booked our measure through home depot and the consultant was great. They were honest and very informative. We made our decision to proceed on the spot. The installers were very nice, polite and friendly. They did a fantastic job installing our door and even took the time to measure for a recently broken window while they were here. I have already recommended them to friends for their door install.

The installers arrived on time and in good spirits, they worked well together and to top it all off my dog loved them. They were very professional and I would have them back at any time. They made my day for sure less stressful.

Our installation crew of three persons arrived punctually and worked assiduously at putting in our new exterior door. They explained all aspects of the process, answered our questions, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. We are very satisfied with the installation.

Changed out slider doors to deck with french doors. They said they could have them open outwards. When installation occurred having the door open outward would have exposed the hinges to being easily removed making the door not secure. They knew it was going to be an outside door and should have known it wouldn't work.
If we weren't home to catch it that would have been a problem.
Changed to open inward but then the wrong door was the primary door. Not a big deal but not what we had agreed to. Workmanship looks adequate, sales people and installers were friendly and pleasant. They kept in contact to let us know scheduling and when to expect them.

We are so PLEASED with the windows we had installed this past weekend. The windows themselves are excellent, and our installers were top notch too! Gal and Dave were AMAZING. We were so impressed with these two men from the second they arrived. From the laying down of the coverings on the floors, to the clean-up, and their overall efficiency. We cannot rave about these two enough! When we get around to finishing our last two windows on the main floor of our home, we will definitely request that these two come back to install. We are also super impressed with Brittany. She was very efficient in responding to all my email inquiries, and consistently kept me informed of any developments in our project. Thanks again!
