Valley countertops are so professional and helpful. When they came for installation, they really did a good, nice and clean job and finished it super fast. We are so satisfied with their quality of countertops and installation.

Valley Countertops were very friendly people. I visited their showroom to choose a colour and the staff were helping in matching my floors. Overall excellent service and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone renovating their kitchen

My parents had their kitchen countertops replaced recently from the friendly people at Valley Countertops. They came to our house, measured and gave us a fair quote based on what we needed to have done. Kitchen looked beautiful and we could not be more pleased. Would definitely use their service again.

My husband and I used Valley Countertops to resurface our Kitchen countertops. We got 4 quotes and they were the cheapest and did a great job. If you're getting new countertops I would recommend at least giving them a call.

We had a major renovation done on our kitchen this year (walls moved, new flooring, cabinets the works). When it came to the countertops we had a particular colour and look we wanted and Jenny at VCI was incredibly helpful in helping us achieve that.
I was a little concerned about the sink cutout, as it had to be perfect for the integral sink mounting, but I couldn't be happier.
The installers were professional and courteous and made sure to leave the place spotless.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I spoke with Jenny to get a price for a new kitchen reno I was working on. Because I had moved walls, and added twice as many cabinets, I was suprised with the final estimate price and decided to go ahead with a template.
Dave, their template guy spent three hours in my home, carefully templating and drawing out the new countertops with his laser powered laptop. Continually fielding questions from my wife, we were both satisfied with the final design.
After two weeks, the install team arrived with the countertops and spent most of the morning carefully installing them. The final result is amazing and we're both really happy with the final outcome.

I wanted to give a huge thanks to Jenny and her team at Valley Countertops. What a great job you did on our new countertops. They are absolutely beautiful. It was a very smooth process from placing our order to the install. I would recommend Valley Countertops to everyone.

Ordered cabinets and counter tops from home depot. Homedepot was actually excellent to deal with and the kitchen designer was very helpful.. now the counter finally arrive and guess what the flush mount sink is cut incorrect and the sink barely fits in.. it looks awful and is help up with metal strapping that is screwed into the cupboards which is pulling out..
Very poor installation and customer service is a joke.. stay away from these clowns.. they have a poor rating for a reason ..

I would never use them agin and can't stress enough that others avoid them

1. It took them 3 months to get the project going, after few phone calls, they started working.
2. But guess what, the sink cut out is incorrect, the installers did not put the sink back as they were supposed to. I could not fix the sink back.
3. terrible customer service, difficult if not impossible to find someone to come over and help.
4. Third person came over to "fix" the mess, didn't even bother to call me back today as he promised yesterday.
Word of advice, run away from those people, run fast and away. Find some other company and don't use those people even if it were the last business on this world!
