Excellent service and install. Friendly staff and experience installer. Job was done on time and all debris was picked up.

We had a small job to replace a section of fence and fix a gate from another companies (I don't remember the name) botched job from about 10 years ago. What impressed us the most was the professionalism and knowledge of the sales rep (Kyle) and the installer (Bilage). They went beyond my expectations to verify and re-verify that the job was completed and that I was satisfied with the results. I would recommend them to anyone who is having fence work done. And based on their work I would consider them for decks.

Kept a small backyard looking big with a small deck off the patio door and matching cedar fence enclosing the backyard.

Bytown Fence & Decks just completed a cedar fence project for us and did a fantastic job. The project involved building a fence that curved around a corner lot and also involved some panels of differing lengths. As well, the fence had to be built on sloping ground. They also had to coordinate with another contractor who was hired to remove a hedge, prior to the fence being built. They took the time to work with us carefully so that our requirements were fully met. The resulting fence was installed on time and on budget, is very well constructed, and looks great. Everyone we dealt with in this company, including sales, office and installation personal were very cordial and professional.

The fence was installed exactly as they said it would. It looks great. The price was right. The crew was friendly and sent me daily updates of the progress and when they would be back to finish. Special thanks to Kyle for taking the time to answer my never ending questions with great enthusiasm. Highly recommended.

The new fence looks great. Some large tree roots posed a problem but the team came up with a good solution and communicated the plan (and costs) with us every step of the way.
