The Gutter Patrol

I've used Moe of Gutter Patrol twice now, and each time the quality of the work has been exceptional, and the price of his services has been very reasonable. I asked him why I found his prices to be the lowest, and he said he didn't have overhead expenses like other larger companies since he is the owner-operator. I recall that I originally found him through reading reviews. On top of doing great work, he's also very kind and generous. He went above and beyond what was required for my jobs, and his solid work fixing my gutters has withstood hailstorms and active squirrels. And he showed me how to fix things so that I could do it myself and he wouldn't need to charge me. I wholeheartedly recommend Gutter Patrol.

Moe is an honest and professional guy. Did a good gutter repair job about several months ago. Somehow, the flashing came loose a few days ago. Called Moe again about the situation, he came here to fix it for free. Plus, he helped me with a side project for nothing. He does not really need to do it, but I am so grateful that he helped me out!!! I know now for sure if I need any of gutter work, who shall I call next time!

Kudos to Moe for his excellent service while cleaning my plugged eavestroughs. I was fortunate to have him show up on the same day that I called and he resolved all my issues in no time. Sadly, I had already paid someone else to clean my eaves about a week ago and Moe had to rescue me by doing the job properly. I've learned my lesson to call Gutter Patrol FIRST next time! Moe did a great job installing a leaf guard on my gutter. I have a huge birch tree at the front of my house, and I occasionally get leaves backing it up. I also thought there could be a slope issue. I called a few places, including Moe at The Gutter Patrol, and I got the best vibe from him. He was professional and prompt. When Moe came out he gave me some options, and what was great is that he did not oversell -- he was very honest with me. He cleaned my gutter, checked the slope (noting that everything is fine) and then did a very clean and meticulous job of installing the leaf guard. I was very pleased, and so I will definitely use Moe again in the future if I run into gutter issues or if I want additional guards installed. His prices are also reasonable, and he knows other tradespeople for other projects that he can recommend.

Moe has a good ol' fashioned approach to customer service - focus on what needs to be done, do it when you say you will, get it done right, and don't overcharge. He also has an innovative approach to protecting downspouts from damage which we really appreciated. Nice job, nice guy!
