Did not expect to have to replace my house shingles so early but I did as I noticed severe degradation on several areas on the roof, so I got several quotes which was all in the same ball park area, but I selected Wright Brothers due to several things. The person who arrived (Shawn) and discussed the work needed in person was personable and very detailed (which I prefer) and was thorough and answered all questions (again which I prefer) and described all the choices and showed also areas where it was missed when the house was first built.
When the crew showed up and stripped the roof bare, I watched the installation of the ice shielding, and the underlayment getting applied, flashing, edging, vents, and the shingles. The crew worked very efficiently, and Brad answered all my questions very thoroughly. They were very meticulous and professional, so kudos to the team. They were able to complete the work done while weather was good. I have to add an additional note and gratitude for the clean-up job done after each day, it is immensely thorough.
Suffice to say, if anyone has a house that needs new shingles, I know that people won't go wrong with using Wright Brothers Roofing, and in fact, if you're keeping the house, you should use them as your main roof shingle re-roofing team. Both me and the spouse was very satisfied with the job, cleanup and roof quality.
Rare to find a company that does quality work, and this is one of them in Ottawa. Great job guys.

Wight Brothers did a complete roof and siding replacement for our Cape Cod-style home. Although they were not the least expensive estimate, we chose Wright Brothers due to Shawn's thorough and detailed quote, and the fact that he suggested ways to improve the venting and airflow that others had not. Our roof and siding was completed in 3 days, on time and on budget. The crew were professional and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. The new shingles and siding are very nice and many neighbours have commented on the improvement to the curb appeal of our home. A great job - very pleased!

Wright Brothers Roofing were on time, respectful of our property and so professional and friendly. They completed our roof in 1 day and a morning and came all the way out to Chesterville from Ottawa. Quote for a new roof was provided in the fall of last year, Shawn said he would be calling back the end of March to confirm, which he did, right to the day. The whole house was done in one day, clean up was thorough and they didn't come for any money until two days after the work was done and we had inspected. Shawn thought they may need to replace some of the plywood based on the initial estimate but when they pulled the old shingles, they didn't need to replace anything.

My Mom's roof needed replacement, and I selected Wright Brothers Roofing to do the work. Honestly couldn't be happier with the results. The detailed quote from Shawn was far and away the most thorough, and he took the time to explain every aspect of it. His expertise was evident, and set my mind at ease that the work would be done properly and with great care. The job was completed quickly (one day), and the clean-up was immaculate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We received 4 quotes for replacing the shingles on our house and chose Wright Brothers because of the level of detail and information provided with the quote. It was the second-cheapest of the quotes received, but we were won over by the time Shawn took to explain the process. We had concerns about the strength of the roof around the chimney, and he addressed these very well. He also suggested we put extra vents into our existing soffit to improve ventilation in the short term, until we could better afford to replace the soffit.
We were very impressed with the work done. The crew showed up on time, were pleasant and were finished before the end of the day. They did a great job cleaning up, even picking up some of our fallen leaves!

We got a detailed estimate to replace our roof from Shawn who patiently explained everything in detail. It took three days to replace the roof which is exactly what we were told. The guys showed up right at 7 am and got right to work. They worked very well together. They answered all my questions and were polite and courteous at all times. They cleaned up meticulously every day. The new roof looks great: tidy, straight and strong. I'm glad we chose Wright Brothers and strongly recommend them.
