On time, quick, congenial. Will use again for these services. Would definitely recommend this company.

Was told they'd clean our rug and have it back in 2-3 weeks.
We called 4 weeks later and were told they left a message with us , which never happened and that it could be delivered in another week.
If that wasn't satisfactory to us we could come and pick it up.
Very rude and poorly handled.

I had my carpets cleaned by this company. Technician, Derek showed up on time, he was polite and courteous, followed all the Covid protocols , protected my hardwood floors and wall corners. He worked very efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning my upstairs carpets and stairs. Highly recommend this technician and company.

I’ve used this company over the last 11years and it’s always been good until now. I just needed my stairs and a love seat cleaned, they said I’d be charged the $99 minimum for carpet cleaning even though it was just stairs, and $79 for the love seat. Expensive, but I agreed.
When he left I realized he forgot five stairs(the upper part of our split level). I immediately called and was told they would talk to the technician and get back to me, no call back. Called the next day, same thing, no call back. I ended up emailing and finally got a call. The girl obviously didn’t believe me saying there was 20 stairs, but there’s 25 in my house. She said the $99 only covered 13 stairs and I got 7 for free, that’s not what I was told and that would mean they charge over 7.50/stair, crazy! She said if I wanted them to come back and clean the remaining five stairs would be charged another $99!
I’ll never use them again.

Alberta home services came to my house to do my basement carpets. After they left My daughter had a severe allergic reaction all over her body that put her in the hospital. (Her bedroom is in the basement). Many steroids later we got her under control and not knowing what happened I thought back to what happened that day and the only change was the carpet cleaning. I asked them about their cleaning solution which they said was natural and green but after seeing the msds from them I realized it was not. They had very little compassion for the situation and were happy to stand by their product and tell me that it must be me and our house with fairly new carpet that was the issue.

If you have any health problems, asthma or allergies this probably isn’t the right company. I have had my carpets cleaned before and never had a reaction. They did nothing to help us feel better about the situation.

First time with that company. There were on time at my home. Really professional and polite. They took time to answer my questions. It took one hour to do the job. Si I can tell it’s been done really good. The orice is really affordable as well. I recommend that company to anyone. Good job

It had been a while since I had the carpet in the house cleaned. Alberta Carpet did a great job and our technician Mike was terrific. When I contact Alberta Carpet again, I will be sure to ask for Mike. He was very informative and helpful and easy to communicate to. He did a great job!

BOBBY WAS VERY PUNCUTAL ARRIVING AT OUR HOME RIGHT ON SCHEDULE, EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURES, OPENING WINDOWS TO ASSIST IN DRYING THE CARPET, AND CONFIRMING THE PRICE. ANY STAINS THAT HE ADVISED DID DISAPPEAR. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW CLEAN CARPET, AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND ALBERTA CARPET CLEANING AGAIN.

Alberta Carpet Cleaning did not disappoint. Timothy was punctual, pleasant and efficient. The whole process was done within an hour and a half and my carpet looks so much better now. Very pleased with the company and their customer service. Highly recommend

Antony Chan, the Carpet Cleaning Technician was efficient, professional and gave some great tips for maintaining a carpet. Great effort in removing a stubborn stain caused by people who previously lived here.
